AExpress SunroomsJob went great! We had to move the installation date back a couple of months due to some other projects we had going on in the backyard. We didn't know exactly when we'd be ready for the awning - they easily agreed to push it back and still didn't want payment upfront or any deposit. Once we were ready for the awning to be installed, a crew was out within a few days to install the awning. Friendly, professional crew. They even installed our outside fan and ran the wiring for it. They said that they thought our screens needed to be redone and they did it. Everything that they did was just fabulous. We could not believe the price we paid. They were so professional and the owner was out here three times a day supervising. All the men that worked here was extremely polite and courteous and they did a fabulous job. We would highly recommend them for both roofing and exterior painting. They went out and matched the paint for our shutters. We spent $200 for the roof and that included the material. They charged us $2600 for all the exterior painting, wooden trim work and also threw a skylight in just to be nice. They were so great. The owner was very hands on and he has a good crew. They had all the materials put up on the roof by the lift truck and the next day they came out and put the whole roof on in one day.- Charlotte C.

BThe workers consisted of two men and the son of one. With the exception of one day when another man showed up only once because he was seen by me and my neighbor urinating in my back yard. The original three did an exceptionally good job and finished on time. Unfortunately, the foreman rarely if ever showed up to keep me informed until I complained. When the job was finished there was more than just a little bit of trash to pick up which included garbage and construction material in the form of nails, screws, and wood scrap. When I asked the foreman about the trash he told me that I should’ve said something before the men left because now it’s my problem. Again I cannot fault the men who did the job, as it was the foreman’s job to make sure the construction site was cleaned up. We paid over $19,000. for this job and I still had a lot of work to do after the fact.
