ABradley Construction LLCIt went as smoothly as possible considering how stretched the crews were with all the homes damaged after tornado. The subcontracted crews did mostly a very good job. They were friendly and helpful but it was necessary to get some of them back to either redo or complete areas that should have been done a little better the first time around. Rick, the project manager, was awesome. He was attentive, helpful, and quick to respond to all my questions and concerns. Marcus, who I called the “finisher”, could not have been more friendly and “johnny on the spot” when called upon to do touch up work or, in some cases, to fix a few things that needed extra attention. I am very pleased how my house turned out in the end and would recommend this company to anyone who needs a contractor.- Kathy B.

AIntegrity HVACWas able to get our old unit replace with a Trane 16 SEERS UNIT, has made a difference in my breathing condition. When we started having problems with the old unit and hoping it could be worked on, Robert explain to me why it would be better for us to get a new unit. When our unit completely stop working after the server storms . We called Robert and he was able to install the unit and insured that we had the correct amount of amps to our breaker box, he also installed a new control panel in the house. He also sealed all of our duct system and gave us instructions on how to keep and maintain our new unit. When you have medical conditions that interferes with your breathing, you have to have someone who’s has knowledge and experience to their work.- Claudia E.

AParadise Home ImprovementSmooth transaction. They were on time to install both the bath and the insulation. The bath is awesome and the energy bills have gone 35% down since the insulation package was installed. I'm very impressed with the technology used to expose the air leaks in my house. AC & M ContractingWe did a major bathroom renovation including moving and removing walls. C & M were very experienced and competent in all aspects. They did most of the work themselves, which made scheduling simpler. Quality of work excellent. Other things we liked; They made suggestions we had not considered. Work was very neat and clean, protecting all our floors, walls, and furniture. Detailed quote which enabled us to add or deduct items. In all we were more than satisfied and would recommend C & M (Charlie and Michael) for any bathroom or kitchen you want to remodel.- William C.

AFalcone Crawl Space & Structural RepairWe have a partial crawl space under our home, the rest basement. We hired Falcone for insulation, and they noted an area of structural concern, and mold remediation that they identified during the free estimate, and made the recommendation to get these areas fixed prior to installing installation. The price was broken out per task, and we could break it out into separate jobs if needed. They also offered financing. We hired them for all of it. The estimator was professional, friendly, and willing to educate us and address any of our concerns. The two man team that came to do the work, arrived on time, called to give a heads up when they were close, and kept us up to date on the work, including pictures of the progress. They noted any issues they saw and noted what looked good. They finished in under the estimated time (took 2 days), were friendly, courteous, and professional. Very pleased with their service, and plan to hire again when needed.- Kendra C.

AIt was obvious that they cared about the job being done correctly even if it took them longer than they expected. We have a 100 year old house and once they got into the job, noticed some things that could not be seen from an initial inspection. They adjusted what they were going to do and still came in under what two other companies quoted. They did arrive a little late and I had to clean up a bit once they left, but I would hire them again.

FI had my roof replaced 7 almost 8 years ago by RoofRoof, and recently noticed I have a leak on the eave that has caused the decking to rot. I called RoofRoof to have them come take a look. Joel was scheduled to arrive at 9, but called a few minutes after and let me know he was running late, but asked if it was still fine if he came, which I thought was nice. Upon inspection he made the comment that my roof looked like it had multiple layers of shingles on the problem area. At the time he didn't know his company was the one that installed my roof, (perspective of layers changed when he found out they did the install). He gave me a quote of $495. I thought this was a bit much seeing how they installed it and this was a result of their doing. I called Zachary at their office to see if they could come down on the price and maybe even extend the warranty, since at the time that I had it installed there was a 10 year warranty available. He told me $495 was the minimum and that was set by the owner. I asked to speak with the owner. He said he would have John call me. That was 4/9/20 and I have yet to hear from him. Aside from the leak I cannot recommend RoofRoof, because of what I consider less than acceptable practices. RoofRoof installed part of the flashing on my chimney in black and part in white that was spray painted and has since faded (I can only assume they ran out of black flashing and just painted white flashing black to finish the job.) A couple other things; the actual price was $620 over the original proposal, that was a result of replacing 1-by decking that was damaged. The problem is they told me they would throw in 2 sheets of decking included as needed, but my roof is 1-by. You would think a roofing company would know what is on my roof when giving me a quote. The other thing is that when I first had RoofRoof come out, they told me they could get my insurance company to replace it, because it had hail damage. What I observed was an insurance adjuster teaching the RoofRoof guy the difference between heat spots and hail damage and me paying $7,100 for a subpar roof installation that has not held up.
