AWalker Pest ManagementMr. Wade Godfrey the technician came bye our residences to inspect our house to see if we needed a pest management plan. As a homeowner I usually do prevention measures in the spring time. The technician was very professional and courtesy. He arrived on time and as scheduled. He actually just shared some ideas with me, and after performing his inspection didn't really feel like I had a pest problem. He share some information about his company and some promotion deals. He was on-site for approximately 30 minutes and offered his services if I felt that they would be needed at a later date. I've decided not to use the company at this time, but I would definitely use them if I need a professional pest management team in the future.- Danielle P.

ALay Dee Bug Pest ControlI was concerned when I saw something outside of my house that could have been an indication of termites. Mr Barkoot was quick to address my concerns. He performed an inspection of my house and was able to determine that what I saw was not termites. That definitely put my mind at ease. He also took the time to teach me a few things about termites and what to look for in the future. He is quite a friendly guy and as we talked, we found out that we were both military veterans. After the inspection and quick lesson was done, I asked what the charge was and to my surprise he told me that it was on the house. He wanted to take care of a fellow military veteran. I can't thank him enough and will definitely call on him again if I have any exterminating needs or concerns.- Jaime P.

AAlex Grant was great Very professional and polite. Answered all my 100 questions. They treat every three months for $33 a month. They sprayed every inch of the inside and outside and the basement and the attic. Very thorough and haven't seen a bug since it's been about two weeks. They will come out in between treatments if you see anything. Very pleased!

We are a locally owned and operated business! We have 3 employees, two service technicians (one also providing our other services) and one office manager. Our billing policy for general pest control is to receive payment within two weeks of the serviced date. Our other services payment policy is due upon completion. We do offer payments plans as well.

AWe have been dealing with Lexington Termite since 2005. That have always been 110% responsive. We got a termite bond then, and they come back annually to inspect and treat if necessary. Their work is excellent - other neighbors have had termite issues, and with a wood house, we have not.

AAs of today.......I believe the problem has been resolved!!! In the process....prior to hiring Animal Pros I hired someone to cut back low hanging tree limbs and had a new chimney chase cover made and installed!!!! OUCH! Being a homeowner isn't inexpensive!
