    Gage Construction LLC
Gage did a great job. They remodel my kitchen, all 3 baths, and moved a wall in the garage. Everything went down to the studs. They provided great support, consistent updates on schedule, and excellent feedback and ideas during design process.

I had many things that needed to be done for updates on my home. So very pleased with the quality of all the services I received. Many items taken care of that I don't think he even charged me for. He is definately a professional and a perfectionist. Have used his services over the years and k ow that it will be done right and I can trust him completely. Did an awesome job on my fro t door, changed it from a double door to a single wide door, love it. Fixed a leak in my shower fixture that had been leaking for a long time. Had a double cabinet pantry, he built sliding drawers in both of them, love it! My time and new wider baseboard perfect!, very considerate of not leaving messes in between times of coming. Always trusted that whatever he would do would be done right. I was pleased with the cost of he did.

The provider said he could not fix what our problem was. When we told him we wanted to redo our bathrooms he was more interested in trying to tell us what kind of design we could do then what we can do to fix our problem

Always punctual, pleasant and helpful as was his assistant. Took away all trash associated with job. Rehung heavy mirror and helped rehang 2 other pieces. A good job done quickly and neatly. Also helped me figure out the size of a medicine cabinet so I can order a new one.

    Master's Men Remodeling & Construction
I contacted MM requesting they come out to look at my master bathroom & guest bath.  I wanted a quote to remodel both.  When I mentioned I live in Blythewood I was told that would be too far for his crew to travel to a job site and for him to come out and quote the work he would charge me $150 per bathroom for a total of $300.  Said the money would be refunded if we hired him for the job.  Basically he told me he didn't need the work, that I live out too far and he was in high demand.  I live in Richland County, if MM isn't willing to come to Blythewood you should put it in your ad so people would know up front.

The contractor Cliff Cinamon, gave us a fair estimate for the  job.  He outlined the time frame
in which the work would be completed.  He scheduled plumbers, electricians, and carpenters.  The work  was done on time with no disturbance to our household.  All the subcontractors were professional and completed their assigned task in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Several years later the hand shower malfunctioned and leaked water on the kitchen ceiling.  Again, Cliff Cinamon responded
quickly and dispatched a plumber who  identified and fix the problem.  In addition, he agreed to fix the damage to the kitchen ceiling.
I also engaged Mr. Cinamon to enlarge a bathroom doorway.  I was also satisfied with the job that was done.
I recommend Design & Remodeling Solutions for any remodeling or contracting needs.

    Bobby Ray Jeffcoat Construction Co.
He had to remodel our bathroom twice because we keep getting mold growing back in our bathroom. He is courteous but this last time he was up and down and blamed it on the fact that I am not taking care of the bathroom appropriately. But when the mold completely covers the entire shower ceiling- it just makes me mad and I highly doubt that it is from the fact that I am not cleaning the bathroom appropriately. It grew back like two months after the last time he remodeled tha bathroom. I highly doubt that they used mold resistant paint. I appreciate the fact that he didn't charge us the second time I think he realized that maybe it was his fault. The second time he remodeled, he put an external exhaust fan unlike the first time where he didn't put an external exhaust fan- he just laid the fan towards the attic so that when you turn on the fan, it just blows in to the attic. This time, he ran an external exhaust fan outside of the house and popped it up through the ceiling. We had the bathroom remodeled through the V.A and so they paid him the first time- it was the housing grant that paid him. So, he didn't charge us because we had paid him through the V.A and he realized that if he didn't make it right, we probably could have reported him and had his contracting information removed from the V.A's recommended contractors list. It took a long time for him to even return our calls.

Basically all they did was rip out the roof, put the new dry wall in and paint it and do the fan. It was like I had won a lottery- it came out beautiful; it was great! They were nice and good. It took a while for it to get approved and done. As a contractor, I wasn't impressed with him- he's kind of a scatter brained dude. His workers were kind and friendly. The issue is they had never worked - we had the deck done without treks/ decking materials/fake wood. They had never worked with that before- the wood was supposed to be spaced not an inch apart but like half an inch apart or less. They butted those pieces of wood right next to each other  -yet wood shrinks and expands with temperature. My husband after they had almost done the entire deck asked them if he could call the manufacturer to verify that it has to be spaced but Bobby argued with him and said that he did it right. Our deck actually pools water because there is no where for the water to go. There could eventually be serious damage because it was not done correctly.

    Master's Men Remodeling & Construction
Master's Men did an excellent job installing ceramic  backsplash in the kitchen and installing a new ceramic tile shower in the master bathroom. It took two men, three days to complete the job. I was impressed with how hard the two professionals worked, how detailed and how careful they were in my home. Most of all, these two projects passed the wife test. My wife is very pleased with the finished product. I would highly recommend Master's Men for this type of work and would use them again if I have a need.

    JKH Cabinets & Carpentry Inc

I contacted JKH Cabinets and Carpentry in Rock Hill, SC to add cabinets to my kitchen. I worked with Field Designer Brandon Hilbert whose design was spectacular. He is creative and open to working with the client to achieve exactly the look I wanted. We made changes - some mine and some Brandon's - before installation all of which resulted in a magnificent kitchen space.

The company is excellent, with all work being done either on schedule or ahead of schedule. All materials were ordered and installed as specified. They clearly care about customer service and provided outstanding service from start to finish, from design to installation.

These folks are honest and ethical and I highly recommend them to anyone in the Columbia, SC or Charlotte, NC areas. It has been a long time since I found commercial business which exhibits such high regard for its reputation, quality of work, excellence in employees, and the ultimate in customer service. The company also designs and installs bathroom cabinets and offices. I plan a future project and will use JKH again.
