    Palmetto SolarPros
Mr. Tommy Wood from Palmetto Solar Pros was contacted and got my system operational on the first attempt. In addition to being prompt, professional and courteous, he is a nice guy. Mr. Wood is easy-going and nice to speak to. He listened to my concerns, diagnosed my issues and made the repairs by coordinating with the two manufactures involved with my system. In conjunction with making the repairs, he produced a professional-grade wiring diagram/schematic of my system that was installed by the original contractor. I had asked the original contractor for such drawings, but only received modified drawings from standard installations not particular to my system. Mr. Wood did his homework and researched my issues prior to arriving on site. This meant he was prepared, focused and able to swiftly diagnose the faults and get things corrected. Lastly, Mr. Wood has remained vigilant and monitored my system after the repairs and is tuned-in to providing great customer support...great job!

    Rytec Electric LLC
I had used Rytec March 2017 for a big job (about 2,300.00) and was very pleased. This time, not so much. Simple request for to add two dedicated receptacles in my mudroom. Showed the guy where I wanted them installed. He insisted I install a quad instead between the two desired locations. He cut a hole in his chosen location only to find it was in the middle of a stud and not doable. He attempted to relocate but could not finish the job without help. He assured me someone from his office would contact me to have his wall boo-boos repaired. A week later two came from Rytec to finished the installation but insisted they were not responsible for previous installers damage to my wall but ASSURED me someone from their office would contact me and make it right. Never heard back from Rytec. Quad Outlet works perfect but I wanted and was willing to pay for two regular outlets located approximately 2 foot apart. Customer needs and follow up service was lacking on this job. Would hire again if they make good on repairing previous damage tech agreed they would repair.

    AAA Tribble's Electric Service
Mr. Tribble came by the day before and provided a reasonable estimate and talked my wife and I through the job. After meeting him I knew I would prefer his company. He also had the Best price estimate of the three companies Angie's list recommended. He and his team arrived on time and did great work.

Horrible!! Complete lack of communication between supervisor and ground crew was unacceptable, resulting in delays, additional days I had to stay home from work, and--ultimately--a good deal of the work never being performed. The technicians were professional in terms of demeanor, which is why I gave a B on that item; however, they dinged up by walls a LOT in switching out switches/outlets etc. I've done that type of work numerous times before without causing such damage. And that is just the tip of the iceberg. Over the multiple visits, I would ask multiple times if X, Y and Z were to be performed that day. I would keep hearing 'yes', only to find out at the end of the day it could not be done because they had not brought the part. Then why would you say it would be done????? I instructed the service manager a number of times on the specific types of parts that were needed for the job (e.g., specific size dimmer switches, specific types of bulbs, etc), as did the insurance contractor, and yet they still brought the wrong parts. They were almost always late (if they showed up at all), and they felt it more of a priority to get to another job in the afternoons than completing what they had started at my house. So much of my life wasted on this company that I will never get back. If your contractor subs with them--run screaming in the opposite direction!!!

    Rytec Electric LLC
Purchased an Angies' List Big Deal for 2 hours of electrical work. Clinton arrived early and went straight to work. He accomplished everything with time to spare! He was knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful. I would definitely ask for him the next time we need electrical work done!

TE Certified Electricians, Heating & Cooling
I was extremely impressed by the professionalism of the tech that did the job.  He walked me through all of the steps and got it done in a timely manner.  The part that I liked best is they did not track in dirt or mud and they did not leave a mess when they were finished.  My furnace is still kicking and I was actually able to get a deal on the next tune up.  I would definitely recommend these guys and I will have them back out to my house next time I need something done to my heating and air system.

    Rytec Electric LLC
Matt Gillis performed the service and he is excellent. He performed the work within the two hours pre-paid labor through Angie's list. He was very professional, competent, and thorough. He checked with us when he had a question about placement of the outlets. Will definitely use Rytec (and Matt) again.  Thank you for a job well done!

    Shuler Electrical Svc
I called and he came out the same day to do the work. I had problems with others not even returning my call. But with this service I received a call back within a few minutes and he was able to give me an estimate. Definitely would recommend to others. He did a great job.

    Dave's A-Z Services
Dave was great.  The lights that were sold to me were not the correct type.  They should have been flush mounted but were hanging lights.  Dave made it work correctly.  One of the lights was damaged in the box.  Dave exchanged it for another.

    Outdoor Lighting Perspectives Of Columbia

Terrific service from Mike Thompson and his team from Outdoor Lighting Perspectives.  Mike did an analysis of our needs, and his team arrived on time (actually he called to come early) and was efficient in installing the lights.  Mike returned that evening to verify our satisfaction with the lights and when we discussed additional requirements Mike quickly scheduled the team to complete the additional work in less than a week.  Very satisfied with the installation and our house, pool and yard look great.  Looking forward to being a long-time customer and highly recommend Mike Thompson to anyone in Columbia considering outdoor lighting.
