    I asked for a call back to discuss the work for the price quoted. Never received the call. I decided to have the work done anyway. Afterwards, I found the ice bucket to be cracked. Called the company to discuss it, was told I would be called back by the owner, but I wasn't.

    Kenny showed up at the appointment time.  He was very professional and friendly.  Once he checked the oven, he told me I should consider replacing the oven as the cost to repair would be well into the cost of a new oven since both circuit boards were bad.  We talked about it for a few minutes and I agreed with his advise.  Kenny would not charge me for the service call since he did not fix anything but I told him I would pay it but he would not take anything.  Once we bought the new oven, the dealer could not install it for a few days so I called Kenny and he came the next day to install the oven and charged the same as the service call.  We were very pleased with Kenny and will be calling him in the future.  I am late posting this review and should have done this right after he installed the oven.

    David came to my home, was very professional. He diagnosed the problem with my dryer taking multiple cycles as a duct that needed to be cleaned. After his cleaning, a load of laundry that included 4 pairs of jeans was completely dry after 1 normal cycle lasting 41 mins. I would definitely recommend his services.

    I called Walters after finding them on Angie's List on approximately Tuesday of this week and a nice helpful lady gave me an appointment for today, Friday, at 4 PM. She called me back to tell me that she could move my appointment up to this morning at 8 and I told her that was better yet. Each time I spoke with her I told her to be sure to have the service person call us for up-to-date directions to our house before leaving due to fluctuating road closings in our rural area related to our flood last weekend. 8 AM came and went, I got a call about 8:15 from Ray Walters saying he was having difficulty getting to us due to closed roads. I then gave him the directions to get here and he arrived about 20 minutes later. He asked me how my low-water HE Model washer had been acting, so I filled him in and left him to his work. I checked on him about 15 minutes later and he was on the phone getting a price on a new main computer module (the "brains" that run the washer). He said that his diagnostics pointed to that being the problem. When he told me that the cost was going to be over $300 just for that part and that didn't include the labor costs I decided immediately that it wasn't worth repairing it, even though the washer is only 5 years old. I told him I planned to shop for a new washer and wanted to go back to an agitator type washer, so he spent some time discussing pros and cons of various models, which I appreciated. He also suggested that instead of having the old washer picked up and sent to the landfill he would be happy to come back to pick it up, make the needed repair at his cost, then he would donate it to a charity and hopefully help out someone who had lost theirs in the recent flood. I liked that idea and plan to have him return for it early this week. I was charged $60 for his time and travel, which I thought was fair. I plan to keep his name and number for future need as I think his price is more reasonable than others in our area. Other than the delay in arrival, which was related to the unusual circumstances of roads being closed off at the present time, I was very satisfied.

    Kenny responded quickly to our request for service and scheduled an appointment for the next business day. He called before arriving, was professional and courteous, and quickly diagnosed the problem with the fridge. He quoted a price and when I accepted the quote, he left to get the part and returned two hours later to complete the installation. The work was done quickly, effectively, and professionally.

    Called to have the my refrigerator's water/ice system repaired.  A part was replaced but problem was not fixed.  Another part had to be ordered.  Due to a misunderstanding, several weeks passed between the initial visit and the last visit on 4/15/2015.  The second part was installed and everything seems to be working.  I was not charged for the first part, which was not the problem.  Because it took so long to get the second part installed, Walter's did not charge me a labor or trip charge.  I was charged only for the second part.  I thought this was very fair.

    Everything seems to be working fine now.  This was the third time I have called Walter's for repairs and would call them again.

    There was a minor problem to begin with because they send a guy you really didn't know what he was doing and we got lucky because he was sick the day he was suppose to come out and try to fix it. They sent another guy and this guy knew what he was doing. He's basically able to diagnose the problem differently than the first guy. He was out here the next morning and had it repaired in about 15 minutes. They were responsive. The second guy they sent was top notch.

    Eddie senior and Eddie junior took a look at the cabinets and suggested an LED strip as the best approach. Their estimate was less than half what the fancy light company had given us. They spent several hours on the installation and would not be satisfied until everything met their standards. What I really like about them is their creativity and willingness to do research. They called all over the country to find the right lights for us. They are prompt, courteous and a pleasure to have in your home. We are using them on addition upgrades to our home. Their range of work is from the fairly simple to the very high tech.

    The service technician called me the morning that the service was to be performed to ask me a couple of questions before coming. I am an engineer and was able to check a few things in advance, so he told me a couple of other items to check before he came out and had to charge me. I checked these items and he even called me back with an additional item to check. Unfortunately I had to replace the refrigerator, but the tech saved me the price of a service call by helping me to troubleshoot the issue before coming out. Most companies would have just come out and charged me the $75 for the call to tell me that it needed to be replaced. I appreciate the help and would not hesitate called them again.
