FThis company may not be a scam, but's it's close to it. I received an incoming call from Handy, from a really noisy call center. The price seemed OK and I scheduled them to come in a couple of days. But wait! They asked for a debit card or credit card for payment in advance. Hum? Give up critical info, to someone in a call center, to a company I knew nothing about, that called me? I don't think so. They would not budge by the way; offered to pay cash or check before they started once here. I don't doubt they can send cleaners, but this is off the wall. For residential house cleaning: a call center and payment up front? I suppose institutional or large commercial companies can live with this. Residential? I'd look elsewhere.

AWe've used Westberry for several years for service, both routine and repair. Last fall it became clear our fifteen year old AC had seen better times. Westberry did the job on time and efficiently. They cleaned-up after themselves and did a professional job. As an aside, in my opinion, at a competitive price. They are my go to for AC service and will continue to be.
