    It went beautifully! Isn't that a strange thing to say in a review for a contractor? Yes, it is strange for anyone but Larry Keel at Dynamic Finishings. They're that good! Larry and the rest of his Dynamic Finishings team listened to what we wanted for our new kitchen---and set to work making our dream a reality. They were punctual, courteous, and respectful. Seriously, you will not find better folks. Period. Larry would always make himself available at the end of each day to discuss their progress and to field any questions we may have. Look at the images---two are from the old kitchen that looks like the inside of a closet painted green---while the new kitchen is a mini-marvel. That is 85 sq. ft. For real. And it feels big inside. Everything in this kitchen is first-rate. Picasso backsplash with hidden receptacles. Under-cabinet LED lighting. SubZero Fridge / Freezer Drawers that also serve as a country sideboard. A peninsula table of Cavalete UbaTuba Granite from Brazil---the beam holding up the table came from our old house and was Larry's idea. What a great idea! The beam was replaced in our old house on the hill in Augusta and this piece serves as a reminder of that house and supports the new table. Very creative. Italian commercial gas range, 24". Yes, in the corner to the right is a 18" dishwasher---sweet! Larry made all this happen. The tile, the paint, the molding---like those windows? I do! Talk about expanding the visuals, huh? Larry made that happen. Jacobean floor tint. LED spot lights and a pantry near the entrance. Farmhouse sink, 24"--with the faucet hardware that makes washing some pots a breeze. All Larry and his team. The granite was beautifully done. The cabinets are gorgeous. Larry lined all that up and had our best interests in mind throughout. Larry did all the plumbing---for water and gas. The images do not do his work justice---as good as they are. I'm so happy that I get to sit at the table and sip my coffee in the morning and watch the cardinals and the dragonflies flit by this wonderful view. It is something special. Larry and his crew at Dynamic Finishings are special. If you're considering having your kitchen remodeled, then please please please bring Larry in to have a conversation. You will not be disappointed. If they can make 85 sq. ft. shine like this---imagine how your kitchen could look? Larry remodeled our bathroom last year---I will submit a review next on that. That's amazing as well. But, then again, Larry is in the Amazing Business. Seriously. Images say it all.

    Evans Exterior Solutions
    The Evans Exterior Solutions crew did a very good job, with each team member doing his part. The entire job took 3 days, with heavy rain stopping work one day, and the crew working late the third day to finish the job. They did a very good job of cleaning up when the job was complete. We had one piece of trim that didn't look quite right, and they came back promptly and replaced it. The garden window allows much more light to enter the kitchen and is a wonderful addition.

    When they installed my windows they cracked almost every plaster wall in the process. They were going to leave and not fix it. They came back and filled them in and it didn't ever look right. The windows were supposed to help with my energy efficiency, and it has not. They were also not capped off properly and they told me to use spray paint to fix it myself. They didn't caulk the windows properly and they sent a group out to fix that, and they ended up damaging my brick surface.

    We are so happy with our new Windows! The noise reduction and more even room to room temperature throughout our house is dramatic! The installer (Charles) was great to work with and did a very professional job. The windows are excellent quality and improved the overall aesthetic appearance of our house from the road. We only had one small glitch in having 8 pane Windows manufactured and delivered instead of the 6 pane Windows we ordered, but Hinton had the proper Windows remanufactured and installed within 2 days. Very very pleased with this company just make sure your order states how many panes in the Windows. Finally, my wife took point on contacting several companies locally about installing new Windows. Many of them would not set an appointment with her unless I agreed to be there, which is ridiculous. Hinton met with my wife for the first meeting as I was tied up with work. She was able to get all the information we needed to make a decision. Some of these other Windows companies need to get out of the 1950s!

    Perfect.  Best and most polite experience since arrival in Hammonds Ferry.

    Punctual, courteous, responsible, thorough over and above expected.  As long as he's in business I will have him do all my window and power washing services.  Will have him return to do 2nd home on Railroad avenue in spring 2016 also.

    He and one other worker arrived at exactly 9:00 on appointment day and worked without breaks except for lunch until 6pm.  Entire job was done expertly in one day.  I am sure he would return for any followup but it was totally unnecessary.

    The product was good. The servicemen who came out were horrible. They were rude and they didn't clean up after themselves. There were nails, glass. It was a mess that we had to clean up. We had to rent a garbage dumpster to get it all cleaned up. We complained and complained to them but they didn't do anything. We sent them a bill, but they never returned it. Other than that, the products are very good. They did good work. The work was good and the product was good. The service and clean-up were horrible.

    Quincy and his team cleaned everything by hand. They even cleaned out the area between the inside windows and the storm windows, and cleaned the window in the garage.They were extremely neat through out the entire process and did not leave a mess behind. We did a thorough walk through afterwards and Quincy made sure that everything was perfect in my eyes before he and his team left. Gave looking out the windows a whole new meaning!!!

    The man arrived in a Sears truck wearing a Sears shirt with last name and badge. He was already holding up the badge when we got to our back/garage door. He entered our home, wiped his feet on our mat outside first (I thought that was nice and respectful). He dealt with my mother who paid for the Kenmore vertical Fridge/Freezer. He responded back with a summary of what my mother said (I learned this in retail and again surprised, not very many service people do this away from bosses.) He ask for a bucket for the ice and paper towels so he could clean up any water (again 2 thumbs up). He worked on it for a bit, then said the little motor that turns the blades to cut the ice that allows it down from inside to outside was dead. Mom asked him how this could happen, he stood up (from kneeling, he was tall) and explained it to my mom. He then said it happens sometimes, and he had noted the make and model of our Fridge on his sheet so he had grabbed some parts, and has this motor in his truck. As he left to go out side, he told my mother if any thing in the freezer could be damaged by thawing out, she should put it in the very back of the top shelf of the Fridge to help it stay cold. (again 2 thumbs up) We only had a couple things so we did as he instructed. He replaced the motor. Cleaned up his mess. Overall time was about 10 mins plus an hour. He didn't charge us for a full second hour, he just charged for qtr hour. Had my mom sign a few papers. She initialed the total and was told she would receive bill in mail. He was very kind and neat.
    The motor died again about 5 months later. So thats why the C in quality. Nothing to do with the repair.

    The new windows from Window World were effective in stopping the air leakage to/from the house/outside as well as blocking noise from outside.  Their price wasn't my lowest bid but I decided to go with them because after much discussion and communication with Gary (my salesperson) and Megan (in their office), I felt I could rely on them to do a good job.  And they did. The installation went smoothly and quickly and I am a happy customer.

    The siding was different colors of gray. I asked the worker why was there so many colors of gray on the house--he replied, My management told me to do itand quot;. I have been calling them since 1993/94 and they have given me the run-around about resolving the problem. When the windows were done, the workers left nails all around my home, they stepped onto my heating unit and put dents on the top of it. I ran over a nail and ruined a new tire. I asked them to replace the tire. They stated to me that they would send me $8.00 to have my tire plugged. Wow...what a company. They brag on how they clean up behind themselves, but they did not clean my yard.
    I am still calling the company about redoing my siding. When sales reps come into our neighborhood for solicitations of Southern Siding, they tell me no my company didn't do the work here. I tell them and show them the receipts to prove to them that they did do the work. I ask the sales reps to have someone call me to speak with me about it what they have seen. I have received a phone call from the company, soliciting, but not to resolve the issues of my home.
