    Dynamic Finishings
They were very polite, knowledgeable, dependable and trustworthy. They felt more like friends to us than just a crew doing work for us. We lucked up finding Larry Keel and his crew of Dynamic Finishings.

Oldham Remodeling - Bath Shower Surrounds & More
Plumbing was completely incorrect. We had to pay someone else to open up the walls and redo ALL of the plumbing. They kept asking for money over the agreed upon price and never finished the job even after extending it for another 5 weeks.

It went beautifully! Isn't that a strange thing to say in a review for a contractor? Yes, it is strange for anyone but Larry Keel at Dynamic Finishings. They're that good! Larry and the rest of his Dynamic Finishings team listened to what we wanted for our new kitchen---and set to work making our dream a reality. They were punctual, courteous, and respectful. Seriously, you will not find better folks. Period. Larry would always make himself available at the end of each day to discuss their progress and to field any questions we may have. Look at the images---two are from the old kitchen that looks like the inside of a closet painted green---while the new kitchen is a mini-marvel. That is 85 sq. ft. For real. And it feels big inside. Everything in this kitchen is first-rate. Picasso backsplash with hidden receptacles. Under-cabinet LED lighting. SubZero Fridge / Freezer Drawers that also serve as a country sideboard. A peninsula table of Cavalete UbaTuba Granite from Brazil---the beam holding up the table came from our old house and was Larry's idea. What a great idea! The beam was replaced in our old house on the hill in Augusta and this piece serves as a reminder of that house and supports the new table. Very creative. Italian commercial gas range, 24". Yes, in the corner to the right is a 18" dishwasher---sweet! Larry made all this happen. The tile, the paint, the molding---like those windows? I do! Talk about expanding the visuals, huh? Larry made that happen. Jacobean floor tint. LED spot lights and a pantry near the entrance. Farmhouse sink, 24"--with the faucet hardware that makes washing some pots a breeze. All Larry and his team. The granite was beautifully done. The cabinets are gorgeous. Larry lined all that up and had our best interests in mind throughout. Larry did all the plumbing---for water and gas. The images do not do his work justice---as good as they are. I'm so happy that I get to sit at the table and sip my coffee in the morning and watch the cardinals and the dragonflies flit by this wonderful view. It is something special. Larry and his crew at Dynamic Finishings are special. If you're considering having your kitchen remodeled, then please please please bring Larry in to have a conversation. You will not be disappointed. If they can make 85 sq. ft. shine like this---imagine how your kitchen could look? Larry remodeled our bathroom last year---I will submit a review next on that. That's amazing as well. But, then again, Larry is in the Amazing Business. Seriously. Images say it all.

Oldham Remodeling - Bath Shower Surrounds & More
Mr. Jimmie did a wonderful job repairing a bathroom leak that was leaking from an upstairs bathroom to the downstairs living room, repairing the ceiling and remodeling the entire full bathroom to include a new combination shower/tub, toilet, repaint walls and floors. He promptly returned my call and provided an estimate and started working the same day.

It was fantastic! Heath and Jill are fantastic to work for. I love the fact that he does affordable kitchens only. Prices were the best we've seen and they have become more than just a kitchen remodel contractor. Great people to work with!

Overall, the process went well and the finished product is just we had hoped for. Countersync staff at the showroom were very professional and courteous. The project was completed on sxchedule.. The cost was relatively high compared to a traditional grouted tile system but not unreasonable for the Corian solid surface installation. The installers were efficient and courteous and ultimately produced a quality installation. They however did a fair amount of cosmetic damage to other walls, door frames and ceiling. I understand that moving and installing large panels in a small space would inevitably lead to some damage, but there was no effort made to remedy this ancillary damage or otherwise compensate for it. Additionally, they made no more than a token effort effort to clean up the construction debris.

    Re-Bath of Augusta
Janet provided the estimate and helped us decide on what we needed and helped us to select the best patterns and colors. The results really were great. It took a little longer than expected to get all the components in. The team that did the remodeling was very professional and did a very good job. Once work began, the job was completed within the agreed upon time frame, approximately 10 days. We have received many comments about how nice the completed bathroom looks.

    Scott Starling Custom Flooring
Overall, we were not happy. We were offered the option of performing a leak test to help diagnose the shower pan as the problem at the initial visit, however we were told this really was not necessary, so we did not do it. We were also told the test would take 24 hours; however, he was able to do a 30 minute test after the pan was installed. Had this been a requirement prior to undertaking such a large and costly repair, we would have been saved considerable time and expense. We also had multiple communication issues and the work took over a month to complete as a result. When I called him to express my frustration about the job and the lack of the diagnostic being done at the beginning, his response was that the work would've needed to have been done anyway in a few years.

    Home Innovations Of Augusta
Tres came out on time to get an idea of the work we wanted done. He said he would have an estimate for us in a few days. After waiting about a week my wife called and he said he thought he had sent it and would resend it when he got back to the office. We did not receive it so I texted him the next day and confirmed he had the correct email address. After another week of not hearing back I texted him regarding the estimate again. I asked him to let me know if he wasn't interested in the job so I wouldn't waste any of our time. Again he said we should have received the estimate and he would check on it. I decided I would not hire Home Innovations because even if I did eventually get the estimate, this unprofessionalism did not bode well for timelines and work ethic.

    Dynamic Finishings
Our home was built in 1959. One of the bathrooms contained the original fixtures--pink and gray tile walls and floor, cast iron tub that desperately needed re-glazing, old fixtures, etc.   The other bathroom was an add-on in the 1970s that had been somewhat updated, but still needed attention.  He gutted both rooms to the studs and completely renovated everything.
Mr. Keel made suggestions that improved the flow of the rooms and his carpentry and craftsmanship insured that the end results were WONDERFUL.  Of particular note, his tile work is impeccable.  Also, his design for the surround of our drop-in whirlpool tub makes the best use of space and provides a spa-like feel.
Mr. Keel coordinated his work efficiently,  made the best use of time, and most importantly, always came when he said he would.   We definitely recommend Larry Keel, Dynamic Finishings for any renovation job, large or small.
