    Painter's Place
Blase and his son are absolute joys to work with. This is the second time weve had him back to paint the interior of our house, and well be having him back in a few months to complete the project. (Its a large house, and we wanted to break the work up into phases.) Our house is 193 years old and has all of the cracks and quirks youd expect to find in something this old. Blase had his work cut out for him, but he more than met the challenge. The house has been completely transformed by Blase. He is meticulous and will not stop until both he and his client are satisfied. You will pay a bit more for Blase, but do it. Hes worth every penny. I cant recommend him highly enough.

They were very polite, knowledgeable, dependable and trustworthy. They felt more like friends to us than just a crew doing work for us. We lucked up finding Larry Keel and his crew of Dynamic Finishings.

Blase and his son were a pleasure to work with. They spent days getting all of the big and small details just right so that wed end up with the best possible paint job. We will definitely have them back to finish the rest of the house.

It went beautifully! Isn't that a strange thing to say in a review for a contractor? Yes, it is strange for anyone but Larry Keel at Dynamic Finishings. They're that good! Larry and the rest of his Dynamic Finishings team listened to what we wanted for our new kitchen---and set to work making our dream a reality. They were punctual, courteous, and respectful. Seriously, you will not find better folks. Period. Larry would always make himself available at the end of each day to discuss their progress and to field any questions we may have. Look at the images---two are from the old kitchen that looks like the inside of a closet painted green---while the new kitchen is a mini-marvel. That is 85 sq. ft. For real. And it feels big inside. Everything in this kitchen is first-rate. Picasso backsplash with hidden receptacles. Under-cabinet LED lighting. SubZero Fridge / Freezer Drawers that also serve as a country sideboard. A peninsula table of Cavalete UbaTuba Granite from Brazil---the beam holding up the table came from our old house and was Larry's idea. What a great idea! The beam was replaced in our old house on the hill in Augusta and this piece serves as a reminder of that house and supports the new table. Very creative. Italian commercial gas range, 24". Yes, in the corner to the right is a 18" dishwasher---sweet! Larry made all this happen. The tile, the paint, the molding---like those windows? I do! Talk about expanding the visuals, huh? Larry made that happen. Jacobean floor tint. LED spot lights and a pantry near the entrance. Farmhouse sink, 24"--with the faucet hardware that makes washing some pots a breeze. All Larry and his team. The granite was beautifully done. The cabinets are gorgeous. Larry lined all that up and had our best interests in mind throughout. Larry did all the plumbing---for water and gas. The images do not do his work justice---as good as they are. I'm so happy that I get to sit at the table and sip my coffee in the morning and watch the cardinals and the dragonflies flit by this wonderful view. It is something special. Larry and his crew at Dynamic Finishings are special. If you're considering having your kitchen remodeled, then please please please bring Larry in to have a conversation. You will not be disappointed. If they can make 85 sq. ft. shine like this---imagine how your kitchen could look? Larry remodeled our bathroom last year---I will submit a review next on that. That's amazing as well. But, then again, Larry is in the Amazing Business. Seriously. Images say it all.

OMG!! These painters are phenomenal!! They are meticulous, they are really one of the finest interior painters I have ever hired. You will not go wrong hiring them. They communicate well, very polite, very honest and their integrity and work ethic is second to none. They are on time, do what they say they will do and go well above and beyond to make sure you are happy with their work. They get the job done right the first time and it is amazing workmanship. In addition, I had to use them twice as a leak upstairs in the spare bedroom was discovered a month after they painted our kitchen ceiling. Their second time was equally as great as the first time, so I can attest to their consistency. They did an amazing job in matching paint and their trim work was extremely precise. Most of all, they are very reasonable priced; they are well worth every penny you pay them. I really highly recommend them!!

    Renaissance Construction
Buff Waters investigated and found that plastic used for sealing foundation had pulled away from wall and sprinkler head was misadjusted causing water to run down wall between plastic and foundation. He resealed plastic to wall and readjusted sprinkler head, and repainted interior wall. Work was done very neatly with minimal disturbance of plants around foundation,

The job went very well. I was overwhelmed with the number of beige samples to choose from and told Mr Mancine that I didn't want anything with orange or pinkish in it. He patiently picked out the perfect color for me and it looks great! They did a wonderful job. Amazingly, he answers his phone right away when called. You just don't get customer service like that any more.

Blase Mancine and his son did a superb job of painting in our remodeled bathroom. The quality of their work is excellent. They were not satisfied with the job until it was something they would want in their own home, and it met all of our expectations. After removing the wall paper, it was found that the walls were rather rough and uneven, and they smoothed everything out. There were several spots where they had to patch holes left due to some electrical rewiring we had done in the wall / ceiling, and after they finished, you cannot tell there was ever a hole. When the job was completed, they cleaned up completely, even making sure the floor was completely clean. We felt completely comfortable having Mr. Mancine and his son in our home performing the job, and would highly recommend them for your painting needs, especially if you want a quality job done. Best painters we have ever had! Their price may seem a little high, but you get what you pay for.

    Kays Painting & Home Maintenance
Bill and his crew did a good job overall. The LR was a double tray ceiling and the foyer and DR had 14 ft ceilings that were included in the job. Prompt; likes to start early. Hard working; no sitting around. They came in, did the job, cleaned up and left. He is busy and had to schedule multiple sessions to get it all done which was fine with me. Had to have him come back and redo some 'flashing' that occurred but he did with no complaints or issues. The rating is a good rating; I don't tend to give A's unless they do something really fantastic (his punctuality was an A).

    Kays Painting & Home Maintenance
Mr. Kay was very helpful and professional. He communicated well with us. We had scheduled the job couple months earlier. When it came time to paint SC was hit with rain called the Worst Storm in 100 years. Mr. Kay came out and did a little during what sun we had. Then finally was able to come out and complete the job. Kept us informed of comings and goings during the sunny parts of the 2 week storm. When painting the garage Mr. Kay was very careful around my stationary 1966 Mustang. We would recommend him and call on his services again.
