    After multiple multiple times trying to get in touch with this Vendor, he would either answer and say he would send us the estimate by that night (this was the case a couple times) or he would not answer. After a while, he became unresponsive completely. We really tried making it work with this Vendor, however, he just wouldn't respond to us after a while and did not ever send us the estimate we needed.

    I was very impressed with the professionalism of Marcus and Lulu. The replacement panels are a perfect color match. It was obvious that Marcus is very knowledgeable in installing the panels and the quality of his work speaks for itself. When Marcus first came to my house to look at the job for an estimate he was on time which I value very much. I could tell by talking with him that he takes pride in what he is doing and that he was going to treat my house as if it would be his own property. I absolutely will hire iDream Builders again and highly recommend this contractor.

    We requested an estimate to have a fence installed around the perimeter of our property. The employee showed up over 30 minutes late and was in a rush from the moment he arrived. He barely seemed interested in the project at all and it was like pulling teeth to get him to answer any questions. When he did answer, it was a one or two word response and it seemed that we were annoying him. He hurriedly took measurements and told us he would send us an email quote, which we never received. Honestly, even if we HAD received a quote, probably would not have hired. I realize you may have more important or lucrative projects to work on, but why even bother showing up if you don't care or want the business in the first place?

    Great product but the company is a struggle to work with.
    On November 16, 2015 I called Enloe Residential and scheduled an appointment for an estimate.  The estimator arrived promptly the next day and gave me an estimate.  I agreed to the work and paid a down payment.  The estimator indicated I would be contacted to schedule the installation soon.  My check cleared my bank two days later.  Unfortunately this would be the last transaction with Enloe that occurred quickly.
    After a month of not hearing from Enloe, I called the phone number on my contract to inquire as to when the installation would get scheduled.  My call was transferred but it went to voicemail.  I left a voicemail, giving my name and phone number, address and why I was calling.  A day later my call had not been returned so I called again and left another message.  That message was not returned either.  I called a third time and left a third message which went unreturned.
    I gave up and called a different number listed on their advertisements and explained that I had left three messages but no one had returned my calls.  I was transferred to the General Manager but had to leave a voicemail. That message was not returned.  I called again the next day and left another voicemail that was not returned. Finally after nearly a week of calling, I was contacted to schedule the installation.  No one mentioned my voicemails that went unreturned or explain why it took so long to call me back.
    The first date for installation had to be postponed due to weather.  Later that day the installer for the soffit repair called to schedule their work.  Unfortunately they did not show up that day (due to a family emergency) and since they didn?t have my phone number written down, they couldn?t call me.  The next day they showed up quite unexpectedly and did their work and told me the gutter installer would be at my home later that day, but no timeframe.  Late that day the gutter installer arrived.  He apologized for not calling because he did not have my phone number.
    My check for the down payment cleared my bank in lightning speed, yet it took five weeks to get the work scheduled.  Installers that don?t have the customer?s phone number is obviously a poor business practice.  Further, when I call their company they answer as ?Southern Window and Siding Company.?  At this point I?m still not completely sure who I did business with.
    Although this company has a great product, they are very frustrating to work with. On the bright side, the installers (who appear to be sub contractors) are very pleasant, professional and courteous. It was NOT their fault that Enloe Residential didn't give them my phone number.

    UPDATE 1/13/2016:  After sending Enloe a copy of my review, I received a call from the company's owner.  He apologized very sincerely and explained some steps his company is taking to fix the issues I had.  I firmly believe he will, so I'm amending my review to reflect that I recommend them. If you decide to use Enloe I truly hope you don't have my experience!

    Mr. Kay was very helpful and professional. He communicated well with us. We had scheduled the job couple months earlier. When it came time to paint SC was hit with rain called the Worst Storm in 100 years. Mr. Kay came out and did a little during what sun we had. Then finally was able to come out and complete the job. Kept us informed of comings and goings during the sunny parts of the 2 week storm. When painting the garage Mr. Kay was very careful around my stationary 1966 Mustang. We would recommend him and call on his services again.

    Perfect.  Best and most polite experience since arrival in Hammonds Ferry.

    Punctual, courteous, responsible, thorough over and above expected.  As long as he's in business I will have him do all my window and power washing services.  Will have him return to do 2nd home on Railroad avenue in spring 2016 also.

    He and one other worker arrived at exactly 9:00 on appointment day and worked without breaks except for lunch until 6pm.  Entire job was done expertly in one day.  I am sure he would return for any followup but it was totally unnecessary.

    He came out one Friday morning and went over how he would put the stairs together, how many steps and price. When he arrived on Sunday, We immediately were impressed with his skills as a mason. Checked how level everything was, how straight and took great care with grout lines. Couldn't be happier with working with him!
