AI do not have the words to express how wonderful the Redcap’s are or what they did for us above and beyond what was asked! I only regret that we could not take them with us to Pennsylvania. Honest! Beyond fair in price and the ability to do anything asked of them. My husband and I are both ill and could not have made the move to PA without their help! Yola and Ted Kohner

AVery badly. After filling out the form stating that I wanted the ashes returned to the 24hr vet, instead they threw the ashes away. Apparently, this is actually an option and they did the wrong option. I asked if I was going to be charged a fee, they said no. I am totally blown away that a company could screw up on this level.

ADr. Matt Tenwolde is the new emergency care vet and he is wonderful. Our dog is terrified of thunder and fireworks. New Year's Eve was not a problem because we had a mild sedative for our dog thanks to Dr. Matt! We have taken all of our pets to Coastal Veterinary Clinic over many years and ALL of their services rate A+ but it is especially wonderful that they have now added an emergency veterinary service that has been much needed in our area.

AEvergreen Pet Lodge and staff make morning drop off and evening pick up pure joy. How? Because they’re awesome! Where I fall short they are already lending a hand. They are so in tune to the needs of our pets and us humans. We walk in and out with total confidence and that’s such a great feeling! All the staff work fluidly with the needs of each guest. Its like no other. It’s just seamless - Attentive to detail and super responsive in all services they provide. We look forward to walking in for puppy play. We’re greeted with gladness and welcomed like family. It makes an owner smile. Evergreen’s staff interact with total assurance and unwavering sincerity for our wellbeing as humans and our furry kids. Pets are loved ones too - so nothing makes us more happy than to have a place that provides a happy, safe and healthy stay when we’re at work. We have surely found a home away from home that provides a loving and safe environment with peace of mind for our pups and we recommend highly to anyone in need of pet care!

Business Description:
Our non-electric dog fence is comprised of 12 individual components. It is a REAL physical fence that can be assembled by any homeowner or professional installer which we can provide. Our fence acts as a flexible net that inhibits dogs and other animals from climbing. The bottom material is flared in towards you and secured with uniquely shaped ground stakes to create a dig guard. You don’t have to dig any holes, mix cement, or make any changes to your landscape.

APet Playgrounds installed a 6 foot fence in our backyard to create a safe play area for our dogs. The work was done quickly, the price was reasonable, and the fence has held up well to all kinds of weather. It is by far the best fence we have ever had, and I feel better knowing that when the dogs go outside, they are safe and secure.

CAnimal Hospital At Rice HopeNot very well at all. Dr. Bragg is a very competent vet - unfortunately, she is surrounded by confusion and chaos. Nothing a good office manager could not fix, unfortunately, the good doc is to stubborn to listen. What a shame as our dogs have been patients of Dr. Bragg since the she first opened her practice with the assistance of Jimmy Woo, a personal friend.- Don J.

FHeritage Animal Hospital LLCOur Pug was shaking hard, panting and whimpering on and off. She insisted he did not have pancreatitis, but a stroke of the spine based on her putting her hand up his butt as an exam. She told us to take him off the pancreatitis medication the ER vet prescribed, which only worsened his condition, instead of prescribing the antinausea medication and pain medication he desperately needed insisting he was not in pain. She chuckled at that request. He needed supportive care and she was extremely cold, she did not care at all. When we took him 2 hours away to Mount Pleasant at Veterinary Specialty Care they thoroughly checked him in which he had NO stroke of the spine, NO neurological issues, but bad pancreatitis that was prolonged due to her misdiagnosis and refusal to help him. Veterinary Specialty Care did absolutely everything to save his life August 8th-August 15th, but he passed away 25 hours after surgery due to a blood clot in the lung (a complication of surgery). He wouldn't have needed surgery or been fighting for his life if it wasn't for Dr. Rebecca Latham. She emails us a weak insufficient email acknowledging her misdiagnosis of our Pug, and how it will forever be in our minds if he had the proper care at the right time window he would still be here. That oopsy daisy apology was barely an apology, and everyone that read it immediately perceived it as her trying to protect her business image, while having zero regard for the forever pain she has been caused our family as a result. If she actually listened to us and addressed his pancreatitis he WOULD still be here today. Our son's therapists who see him every week with our son are also in complete shock as he was just perfectly fine prior to this. He was a lively Pug boy, he was our first son, our best friend and an amazing big brother to our son. A vet should listen to their pet parents and their concerns. We knew our Pug was in pain, not having "muscle tremors" or "neurological issues", he was in DAM pain! We couldn't even say goodbye to him because this pandemic! THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! Dr. Rebecca Latham you will forever live with this!- Denise B.
