ABolton Air LLCIt went great. The office staff was very friendly and provided great customer service. I was able to get on their schedule quickly. When the guy arrived he was clean and neat and made sure to take precautions for Covid by wearing a mask and sanitizer, being aware that I'm 82 years old. As it turns out it was my thermostat so he quickly grabbed one from his truck and installed it and just like that, my heat came back on. This is a great company and I will definitely be using them again for sure.- Helen J.

The collaboration and work were excellent. The team was easy to work with. Sam and his team went above and beyond. The finished house is beautiful. Not only did he show up for an emergency ceiling leak on a Friday, he stayed until he knew the issue was taken care of-many other companies would have left me high and dry esp on a Friday at 6pm! He came back on Tuesday to complete the fix. I am a very satisfied customer, but then again, I've used EAC for both my business and residential needs for years. Great company. FFirst guy came fixed it and said it was going and we would need a new one soon. So we would use it till it went. No issue there. Called them back because the water was not hot enough and he did not put it back where it was. They said it would not be no cost since they where just here. Different guy came and said he didn't touch it and it the water heater so he would have to charge me. As far as I'm concern I don't know what He did under the house but I will be able to tell when I run the water if he higher it or not and I was not going to pay them. He left and he did higher it because my hot water so far is good. They were looking to put a new one in. Yes eventually I will need one we know that but I don't need a company they is money hungry and try to get over on people.

ACommercial & Residential Heating & Air LLC, Moncks Corner, is one of the best companies that any family or business could ever select for their HVAC needs. My situation, I must admit, is a little unorthodox. My unit stopped working entirely about two years ago. I was not in a financial position to repair it. I endured over two years of not having heating or cooling in my home, which resulted in two bouts of pneumonia. I had not shared this with any family member until this year. Fortunately, that family member offered to assist with financing. We contacted several companies for an estimate, but each had various financing options that were not a good fit. We were at our wits’ end questioning if there was anything that they could do, even offering to break payments up until paid in full. Then they could proceed with the install, and the companies contacted had no such possibility and understandably so. Thus, we turned to what we believed to be the final option with a limited budget. We brainstormed and searched for companies that sold the unit that we needed and qualified via Bread. We then turned to Angie’s list believing in our hearts that someone would work with us to get this system installed. Angie’s list gave four recommendations; the first three said they could not, but there was something about the fourth company. I was contacted by Walter, who is with Commercial & Residential Heating & Air LLC, Moncks Corner. I explained the entire dilemma and was praying for consideration. He came out to my home in less than two hours from taking my call, and I discerned that he knew our family needed help like never before. We told him what we had been quoted from other companies to replace the entire unit. After doing his inspection, he stated that he would send over an estimate via email, which occurred less than one hour from leaving my home. He and Commercial & Residential Heating & Air LLC, Moncks Corner opened up their hearts and not only accepted the job but gave us a bid that was lower than our lowest quote. It was a deliberate act of kindness; it was God, as this is not the typical protocol for any company to undertake. I cannot thank Commercial & Residential Heating & Air LLC, Moncks Corner, for their generosity, commitment to providing superior customer service, and selfless act of kindness during this season. For that, my family and I are forever grateful.

AI have used Air Repair for several repairs and maintenance issues with my A/C unit in The Moorings in Palmetto Dunes. Ken and his team are always quick to diagnose and fix the issue, and provide honest feedback about whether or not you need a new system. Each time they have been able to fix things when other larger companies have told me I needed a new unit. This kind of service means I will eventually buy my new unit from them when the time comes! My sister always uses Ken and his team at Air Repair and has similar positive experiences. There are so many companies to choose from in the Hilton Head area, and unfortunately I chose the wrong one 7 years ago when my unit was installed. I am so glad I found Ken and his team to help keep my renters cool from now on!

AAwesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!
