    We could not be more thrilled with how beautiful our house now looks, and with how professional Chris was. From our very first interaction with Chris when he returned my phone call in less than 15 minutes and came out for a same-day estimate, to accommodating our schedules for when to complete the work, to the actual effort and labor he put in to completing the job - we are thoroughly impressed. Being new to the south we had let our house get worn by the elements and we had lots of green and black mold growing on our siding and our porches. The exterior of our house looked almost as bad as the foreclosure house in our neighborhood before we finally got around to hiring someone to complete the work for us. Our house absolutely sparkles now after the deep cleaning it received! Chris spent several hours of hard work combing over every inch of the exterior to make sure he got it as clean as possible, which was no small task, and he gave the same care and attention to the interior and exterior windows as well. I am now proud to show off our home to others and would recommend Chris and The Go To Crew - Lowcountry without hesitation.

    Our service tech John Unger did all of the work himself.  Very neat and careful about what he had to do and provided updates on what he was about to do.  He also provided a clothes   dryer cleaning that was absolutely a prevention for a dryer fire.  The stuff that came out was unbelievable!  Advent has the personnel and the tools to do a professional job.

    My experience was great. The technician was nice and professional. He went out of his way to try to remove it. He even came back the next day to flip them over. He was the one that had smelled the odor and he really stood behind his work.  Three weeks later, my husband smelled it again and they came back out at no additional charge and tried really hard to get it out.

    We found this company on Angie's List in February 2014 and were excited to give our business to a neighbor who lives on the same street. I happened to see the owner outside while walking and invited her to come to the house to provide an estimate. She arrived on time, gave me a great estimate, and her team showed up the following day for our first service. The two girls did an excellent job of cleaning our home.
    I emailed the owner to schedule our second cleaning for the following month. The girls arrived and did a great job again. This was the end of our happy relationship with Low Country Maid Services.
    I emailed the owner to schedule our next monthly visit for the end of April. No reply. A few days later, I emailed again. Perhaps she was busy or out of town. Again, no response. I called to schedule an appointment and was finally able to have the girls come for a cleaning before the end of the month.
    I had similar contact issues while trying to schedule May's cleaning, so I started early in June to schedule a cleaning for July 1. We were expecting company on July 2 and wanted the house cleaned just before their arrival. The first 2 emails again went unanswered. While walking the neighborhood one morning, I saw her outside and asked if she was receiving my emails. Shonna's response was, "I haven't made my July schedule yet." I waited until later in the month before emailing her again. She replied that she had me on the schedule for my requested date. Thank goodness!
    My latest attempt to schedule a cleaning has gone unanswered again. We decided to just find another service.
    My experience in communicating with the owner of this company can be described in one word: frustrating. We paid for the service as the service was performed, so money and collection issues are not relevant here. We are two women who do a fair job in keeping the mess to a minimum, so the work is not extensive. We have our suspicions why Low Country Maid Services did not want our business, but without communication from the owner, we cannot confirm them. However, as a fellow business owner, I can attest there are better ways to fire a customer than ignore and neglect. They may not have wanted to do business with us for personal reasons, but the manner in which it was handled was unprofessional and unwarranted. The only reason they received a "C" is because the work, when completed, was done well.
    So, this is official notice to the owner that she no longer needs to duck into the house or behind the van when she sees me walking my dog. We get it.

    Richard the owner + assistant were in and out in 30 minutes, carpets were dry in 1.5 hours. All were spotless when he left. They moved the furniture (chairs, small tables etc) cleaned and left them for me to move back when the rug dries. Excellent job !!!!
    Of course I had to tip them 20% because they did such a really really really great job.

    The owner was prompt for the estimate and excellent at communication as far as scheduling the service. The cleaners arrived on time and were pleasant. Later that day, after they were gone, I noticed that the screen in the kitchen window was bent. I look out that window every day, and it wasn't bent before they cleaned it. I understand that accidents happen, but it was disappointing that they just put it back in the window without an apology. I would probably use this company again, but I would check the work more carefully before they left.

    Showed up on time for estimate.  The crew arrived on time as scheduled, moved like phantoms in the night and all windows inside, out were perfect.  The crew was professional yet personable.  All around very pleasant experience.  I would never try to wash windows again !!

    Big Dawgs Cleaning/Hydro Pressure Wash
    Cleaned couch and 3 wingback chairs. Bought part of it on deal saver and bought more after he got here. The owner came and worked alone and was very quiet and cleaned up after he was finished. He even called me a couple of hours after he left and asked me to turn the cushions to be sure they dried properly. I would definitely use this service again.
