Everything went fine. I was given a free written estimate. I called several weeks later and made an appointment to have my hood painted. The work was completed when I was told it would be, in a timely manner, and I was satisfied with Carolina Auto Trim's work.

    EARL'S BODY SHOP
lDo not use this body shop ! Following a rear end collision my car was towed to Earl's on 10/26/15. Due to the fact that I was not at fault  for this accident a rental car was provided by Geico Insurance. After 4 weeks had passed Geico informed me that my rental period was finished and I'd have to turn the car in. The Geico representative was nice enough to extend the rental for another week but informed me that if the car was not finished I would either have to turn it in or rent it privately. I rented it out of pocket and then went to Earl's, (now after 6 weeks), to check on the progress.  The car had not been worked on at all ! I made a stink and Earl's reimbursed me for my rental expenses that I had paid for. The estimate I was given for completion turned out to be utter fabrication. I finally received my car on 1/20/16- 11 weeks from when it was picked up. Both rear quarter panels do not meet the opposing metal properly and the paint job is full of "orange peel". The car looks like a sophmore high school class used it as a project. I'm forced to keep it because I wouldn't entrust them to repair a skateboard at this point. The only person that was honest with me was the receptionist. Do yourself a favor- find another  shop, unless you crave aggravation !

I took my auto into Boundary Street Auto Body to have a leak in my auto repaired.  I was getting a tremendous amount of water into the driver's side floorboard of my 2003 Mitsubishi convertible.  A previous problem with the window gasket had been repaired by warranty.  The nephew of the owner began by being very confident that they could repair the problem in no time.  He consulted with the service people and took my car back.  They went to the obvious place and tightened the latches on my convertible mechanism, even though I had told them no water ever came in through the windows.  As a result the latches on the convertible top were so tight, I couldn't get them unlocked by myself.  My husband and I had driven the car a couple of days before in a torrential downpour, and had told them that no moisture leaked into the car from that avenue.  So, we wound up taking the car back in to have the latches adjusted to a reasonable tightness and to once again evaluate the actual problem.  I showed them that the driver's side floor was saturated after driving a short way even in dry spells. They told me it couldn't be what we thought it was and that they had it found a leak when they sprayed the car. When the young man who was my service person crawled into the car and started to root around, he pulled on the plastic cowling on the console and snapped it off completely.  I was right there when it happened, and he just kind of swore, and pushed it back into place.  We brought the car home and pulled up the carpeting ourselves, turned on the car (A/C on) and let it run.  After about 10 minutes the water would gush into the car from the A/C unit.  the gasket around the drain had failed.  I showed it to Boundary Street Auto Repair and they gave me an estimate of many hundreds of dollars, to repair the problem. I wrote them and email, discussing the broken cowling.  I was frustrated but still willing to do business with them.  I had a banged up bumper I needed fixed as well, to the tune of about $900.00.  The nephew of the owner emailed me back and said his uncle refused to pay for the broken cowling and he would have to pay for it himself, and he had no money.  He offered me $100, in compensation, though it was a 300+ repair.  I expressed my disappointment in the way the service department had handled the problem.  My husband spent about an hour on the internet and repaired the problem himself. It required some creative work arounds, but solved the leaking issuer completely.  I felt the service people had "blown smoke" about the problem and said that to the representative.  He responded with an email that was very rude, telling me that they no longer wanted my business, and that I could basically take the hundred bucks for the broken car part and get lost.  So, I did just that.  I would not ever recommend this company for anything.  Arrogant and incompetent are a poor combination in a service provider.  I never received a call from the owner regarding any of this.  A month later I replaced the car, so no further repairs were required.

They were wonderful.  They did such a number.  It looks like the accident never even happened.  The only thing I didn't like was they detailed the inside of the car and I'm super picky.  They used some god awful fragrance and I have done everything to get rid of the smell.  It's an obnoxious smell, that was the only thing I didn't like about them.

They checked it out with a water test and discovered a small leak around the brake light over the back window. Also, debris in the cowling was removed and problem solved
