    Delivery time was great explaining everything I needed to know about my washing machine. His customer service was great and it was the first time using a service like this, so I was taking a chance. It paid off! He's very responsive. If something happens he will be the first person I call. I'm glad I found him, will definitely use him again and recommend him.

    It didn't. Three strikes and he is out! 1. Don't bother to try and reach him by phone. You have to text or email. 2. So I texted him for a quote and got a really rude response. Stated that what I said "meant nothing" to him that he needed make and model. So I sent the make and model although all I needed was for him to just screw the brake rotor back on. I had all the parts. 3. After sending him the make and model he didn't even bother to respond. Never will bother with this person again and will definitely tell all my friends about the unprofessionalism and rudeness that he exhibited.

    The refrigerator had iced up around the bottom drawer freezer causing the drawer not to seal and then leak out onto the floor.

    Matt had to disassemble most of the freezer and then use a small steamer to clear the ice from the coils. He found the problem in a drain tube that had plugged on the bottom and explained to us what caused to tube to plug. Reassembled everything and it started back up without an issue; hour and a quarter beginning to end.

    I appreciated his knowledge and skill and given what was happening, was pleased at the price.

    When I realized the dishwasher water leak was coming from the center near the motor I called for repair. Matt was over the next day. He located the problem quickly and cost out a repair. It was about 2/3 of the cost of a new one, and since it was 10 yrs old he recommended replacement. I asked for his recommendation and he said it would be cheeper and faster for me to buy it locally and call him back for installation (unless the store provided it free). We looked together online at what was available in the local big-box stores and he sorted through the features and recommended a model that meet our wants. I purchased it and it was delivered in 5 days. He was there the next morning to install it. Installation was complicated by the long plumbing run through cabinits but he had all the tools and experience needed. Very friendly guy and I was very impressed with his knowledge. Would highly recommend him to friends.

    this business deserves 3 negative stars rather than 1 positive. nothing like getting harassed by your local incompetent repairman to get you fired up. i wish i had gotten his name. he's short and has dark hair.
    it starts with my parents getting a new HE washing machine from Lowe's in Beaufort. We would call Lowe's when we had a problem with it, and the business they picked has been the most unpleasant business because the day would come that Lowe's said was the day that Denny's Appliance of Beaufort was to come and fix it and Denny's RESCHEDULED. the day they pick is recon, because they didn't fix the problem. they would come back and say they have to order a new part. this went on for THREE MONTHS. we couldn't use the washer. we went to the laundromat during this time. we own a washer but we had to use another AND PAY FOR IT. how pathetic.
    the last visit was the worst of all. the same repairman that has been coming to our house accuses me of stealing his drill. He didn't say it to me, he came back after that visit looking for his drill and his paperwork that said that he worked on our washer. he didn't find it and i told him that i would keep an eye out for it. so he goes back to Denny's Appliance and tells his boss and his coworkers THAT I MOVED HIS DRILL. i imagine to save his own a**. and so the harassment begins. my mom was accused of stealing. we did eventually find the drill. it had been set into a clothes hamper next to the washing machine. he found his paperwork somewhere else. we are keeping the drill not because we are selling it or because we need one. OH CONT RARE MY DAD HAS A MUCH BIGGER DEWALT. My mom just wants to make it clear how it hurts to be accused of something you didn't do.
    and today i didn't notice that he was at one of my neighbor's house until the same repairman that had come to our house all those times before drove past and asked me as i had my dog outside "Are you enjoying the drill?" and drove off. i shouted "Yes we are!"
    Do not let this business within 500 feet of your washers. they're incompetent and i gather this because Lowe's hired a second business after this from Charleston and fixed it in the same day. VERSUS THREE MONTHS DENNY'S. this is going to be copied and pasted everywhere i can post it DENNY'S APPLIANCE has scorned the wrong woman.

    The water pump went out in my washer. When I called, they had someone out the next day. They had to order the pump. They got it on Friday and were out to complete the job on Monday. They were also less expensive than the company Sears and Samsung uses. I will use them again should the need arise.

    It went very well.
    As usual the on site fee was expensive, but when it was
    all said and done., he accomplished what he came out to do.
    Generally offered advice and information the client asked.
    I will use this company again, if the need should arise.

    Matt is very professional. He answers our phone calls and is very prompt. He shows up when he says he will. In addition to fixing our refrigertor he is helping us replace a broken hinge on our oven door. The part isn't sold in the US anymore so he did an internet search and helped us locate the part in Europe! We will definitely continue to use his services.

    It was a wonderful experience. Matthew came out the same day- within 1 1/2 hrs of my phone call. He was really nice and was able to fix the problem in about 45 minutes. I would definitely use him again for any large appliance repair.

    They were prompt. They convinced me I didn't want a new one. He was very helpful because I was considering putting in a new dish washer and he said I don't want to buy a new one and he can fix this one because this is a good one. He has ordered for a part and he is to return to fix it. We got a good service last time as well.
