Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air
Installed in record time at competitive price. The two servicemen who installed it explained the procedure to us and were very professional and patient. We are now enjoying a more comfortable home with a system that is much more efficient. We highly recommend Dibble Plumbing and Heating.

    U.S. Energy Solutions
They are a busy company and I can understand why. It seemed like things were slow but a lot was going on behind what I could visualize. The permits and the Net metering agreement had to be approved first. After that the work began very fast. The waiting on Duke energy was a couple weeks after everything was installed but the results were extremely good. I now have a system that cools the house properly. My power bills went from $320 a month to $9.18 and even with the solar payment I am saving hundreds of dollars a month. The crews were very professional and did not take any short cuts. In this world everyone wants immediate installation and results but somethings take a little time to achieve the results expected. The company kept me up to date with the progress and the channels they had to go through to complete the process. They are very customer oriented and I would recommend them to anyone who was to save money. You have to have long term goals. Mine are going to be achieved with the help of U S Energy solutions. I thank them very much as they not only made me feel like a special customer, they made me feel like part of the family.

We pay for the year for two services per year. They catch us in the fall and in the spring. We were lucky to find them. Actually I found them in the directory, called them up, and they really did do good work.

Great! I told them I would give them a call to come out and do the furnace this Fall. They were very nice, very knowledgeable and I would use them again. She told me I could get the furnace without the carbon monoxide, I could probably get it for about $69, which is pretty standard I think for what most people have around here. I've seen some people advertise for about $69. I also know the carbon monoxide, because I had one, this gave me a second one, those things are not cheap. They are $20 - $25 to buy one, a decent one. I thought the price was very fair. Their work was good. I was very pleased with them. They got a hold of me fine, it was me that dropped the ball. It wasn't them. They got a hold of me. I had the holidays coming up and I forgot about it. They didn't have to, but they reached out and still honored it and gave me the air conditioner one. To me, that says a lot about them. He was right here when he said he was going to be. She told me I could just purchase another special online through Angie's List. I told her I was going to. I would say they are very good. I would definitely call them again. I plan on having them come out for the Fall for the furnace. She even told me they could check the fireplace. They can show me how to even use the fireplace. I have been here for 5 years and I don't even know how to use it.

The old one lasted 16 years and it was still working, but there was a thing about a leak. When they get old, I just decided to get a new one. I put in Freon last year, so I got a little more efficient one and I got a good one now. They have been doing it mainly for the last 8 years. They just do maintenance work on it. You know come out and check it out on the spring and fall check ups. That's all they had to do. Like I said, this heat pump upstairs kind of went down hill, but I like the people that come out. They seem to be knowledgeable and do good work I think. I think the price is okay. I wish it was lower. They come out and do 2 units. I have a main floor unit and I have the upstairs one. I think it went up a little bit. I think it's like $220 a year for both of them. They just come out and check them out. You got to have a maintenance contract. If you have somebody that works, you don't want to be switching around that's in the same price range.

The tech was nice and professional. He seemed to take care of things. However, he said that my capacitor was bad and gave me a quote of $200. He asked if I wanted to change it on the spot. I said that I was going to wait. I called the company that did my A/C tuneup last year (and installed a new capacitor) to get another quote and they asked me why the guy didn't go ahead and change it on the spot -- "the capacitors only cost about $10." So now I'm going to pay for that company to come out and do a repair that could have been done by the other company for another $10, if it really needed to be done at all. It's now the end of the summer and my A/C has been strong all summer. I feel like this "deal" was just a way to get in and upsell me. I'm not very happy.

C&L Services Heating & Air Conditioning
I got an estimate when I noticed the unit was running excessively and would soon fail. C&L provided a written estimate and we paid a deposit to order the part. The install was scheduled for the following Friday but the unit finally quit on Tuesday, I called and they were able to move it up to Thursday. There was some discrepancy with the cost of Freon but the installer honored the price quoted when I showed him the estimate. Overall good job done quickly and working well ever since.

It went excellent. Very professional and answered all of our questions. It was the first time we've had anything like this done, and it went very well. We've already recommended them to a lot of our friends.
