    Cornerstone Family Medicine
What stands out about them is the high level of care and the amount of tie that they spend with the patients who go there for their tests. We all get individual care and attention. The office is clean and the staff is friendly and punctual and you seldom have a long wait time.

Dr Walsh did a great job. He did a comprehensive check, including some hormones and found the problem. I now take an injection every couple weeks and seems to have solved my problem. He is a very thorough doctor and is not afraid to check every avenue to find out your problem. I am so thankful he wasn't afraid to check things that most doctors would not have thought to check.

    Doctor's Care
My son had a blister on the heel of his foot caused by a new shoe that
was rubbing. When he left for work, the blister looked like an ordinary
blister but by midday the area of the blister was blackened and much
larger. He tried to get in to see his regular physician but they were
booked and told him it would be the next day before he could be seen.
My son knew that the foot had to be seen ASAP either in a doctors office
or the ER so he went to Doctors Care. They were wonderful. Very
caring and professional. They took care of the heel and told him to go
to the ER if he noticed certain changes. They made an appointment for
him to come in the next day. When he got there for his recheck the next
day they were great. The staff remembered him and told him they were
so happy that he did not have to go to the ER as they were very
concerned about his foot. Recommend them highly!

    Bailey-Dorton, Dr. Chasse M
She is very personable. She is good with her patients and that she has patience. She knows her stuff. She has compassion. She is just very good. She had medical issues of her aunt over the years and survive them so she is empathetic you might say to those who are going through hard times. Her staffs are very helpful and able to get along with. She is a breast cancer survivor so she has an understanding of that kind of thing above all. She is very conscientious with that specially.

    Straughn, Dr. Clifton W
I have been going to him for 25 years and he is very good. He is the family physician for my entire family. He was the family physician for my two children who are grown now. We like him, he is a very good medical doctor, and he has always taken very good care of us.

I've been using them for about three months and I am very much satisfied with the service. They call to check on me and ask me if I need anything. When I started using them, they noticed that whoever set up my CPAP earlier, didn't do it right. They took all the time to show me what I needed to do and how I needed to do it.

tDr. Norris was my physician. On my second visit my high blood pressure medicine was changed. Apparently unbeknownst to me, my insurance provide BC/BS needed a PA form from Dr. Norris since this new medicine is not on the and quot;approvedand quot; list. After going back and forth between Dr. Norris' office and my provider - like a ping pong ball for over a month, I found out that Dr. Norris' office never provided the last form needed to get the medicine approved - that according to my insurance provider, to this date they still have not received the necessary form.I actually had to call several times, and made one visit for which the nursing staff was incredibly rude and basically stated that they were doing me a favor by filling out the PA, that I should have known what medicines my insurance co. would cover!! Sorry, but forgive me I had no idea that my medication would be changed, nonetheless what it would be changed too and whether or not my insurance would cover the changed meds. I stated to the nurse and quot;I thought that is what I paid the doctors office for.and quot; Few more words about how the office provide very poor customer service, and that my past experience with the support staff had been nothing but negative I left.
Well, not more than two days later I received a certified letter tell me basically that and quot;I had been dropped from their office as a patient due to a and quot;Non-therapeuticand quot; relationship and that I could find another doctor by going to the yellow pages. This is a prime example of just how rude Dr. Norris and her staff are. Dr. Norris never once contacted me in regards to the issue with the medicine or the conversation with the nurse about their poor customer service.
As a result, my experience with this staff has been that they are basically rude, Dr. Norris is unengaged, and they don't want their patients to speak up when lousy service is provided by them. This has been the absolute worst experience I have every had with a doctor and their support staff. Their attitude is and quot;be grateful you are our patienceand quot; not and quot;we are grateful you selected us as your doctorand quot; ! I would never recommend this doctor or this practice!
And to note, they never contact the insurance company to get provide the additional necessary information the high blood pressure medicine. Luckily I have found a very caring doctor not too far down the street from Dr. Norris.

I was injured in a fall and fearing I had broken my arm, called Primary Care Associates. They had no appointments available but Dr. Cooksey was able to work me into the schedule. In the time I was there, I saw the doctor, had five x rays and the results, and was given a prescription and exercises to do the help my arm. This took about an hour in total. Overall, the experience was good. I would definitely see Dr. Cooksey again
