Our A/C went out during the day but I didn't find out until I arrived home around 6pm. I called expecting to get voice mail and a call back the next day, but they came out within 2 hours.

Very thorough in assessment and made the repair quickly. Very polite and friendly. Didn't charge extra for the night service call even though I'm almost an hour away!

Lee and his son replaced parts in my furnace and then cleaned it.

This is the second time that I’ve used them. They are very courteous, knowledgeable, and got the furnace back up and running. I would highly recommend them.

Needed my dishwasher and fridge fixed

Great!! This company came out and installed a unit for me a while back and done an amazing job but today they came and done some work on my dishwasher and fridge and done a wonderful job!!! They were so nice and polite and took their time out of what they were doing to answer my questions and explain to me my problems and even went over the process it would take to be fixed and gave me an estimate on how much it would cost for parts before they ordered them and before they fixed them. I have recommended this company to all my friends and I know they all have used them as well and told me they loved this company. If you are looking for a hard working honest and reliable company these are your people!!

Needed a new unit installed

It went amazing I absolutely loved these people they were nice friendly and affordable!! They had me up in running the same day and even came back the next day to make sure it was still doing good and to make sure I didn't need anything else. I would definitely recommend these people to anyone!!

They installed a whole new heating and air conditioning unit in my home.

It went excellent. Very professional and answered all of our questions. It was the first time we've had anything like this done, and it went very well. We've already recommended them to a lot of our friends.

Refrigerator repair

My refrigerator was leaking and my home warranty company sent Lee out to look at it. He was supposed to fix my refrigerator but ordered the wrong part (which took a week to arrive) and would not answer my phone calls when I tried to contact him regarding the repair. Lee came to my house twice and was very late both times. I would not recommend doing business with them because they don't seem to care about the customers' time and they lack professionalism.

The parts take time to order and we had customers without heat. Ouf customers are important we had alot of elderly people that had no heat and heat is more important that a fridge bug i did fix the fridge. I also apologize both times and you were fine with it
