  I signed the contract on October 14, 2014 but the work was not started until the first part of December. This was a bit upsetting as all the good weather in October and November was gone and now colder and wetter weather was here. Johnathan is very personable, friendly and helpful, and he did send notes and made calls to let me know I was still on the list for the work to be done. the crew did a good job of replacing the flooring of the deck and putting up the gutter, but I did have a problem with two leaks in the gutter seams and blisters forming on the deck painting. It took until June 2015 to finally get all these issues addressed, but they did do the repairs in a cheerful manner. I now have noticed a few spots where the top layer of paint is peeling off and am waiting for paint to cover those. Over all, quite a long process. The question is asked if I would use this provider again and only allow for a yes or no answer, when I would actually put a maybe. Rick did show up and brought the paint.. The deck is a great improvement over what it looked like before.

  Really fast (~2hrs) and really powerful cleaning.  I would definitely recommend this over pressure washing.  Company is easy to contact and will promptly call you back as well as calling before arriving.  One drawback to keep in mind is that you will want to soak with water and cover plants near the start for protection (not so much once underway).  Also, if you are fond of any mosses and ferns near your house or gutters, be sure to remove them temporarily.  Also, towels on window sills may be helpful since the volume of water is greater than with pressure washing.

  Professional Pressure Washing

  Robert is very courteous and competent.  He took me outside and showed me areas that might be problem issues, because he didn't want to wash those areas without my consent.  He explained why they might not tolerate the pressure, and how we might do a "work around".  He was very professional, and I immediately liked him.  I'd recommend him in a heartbeat.

  Mr Corbett discusses what needs to be done and finishes in one day with no break.  In the summer thats a tough job! The siding and eaves are pure white again and the brick is free of dirt, moss or mold. It makes a wonderful difference in the appearance of the house. He also sprays any stray weeds that may be trying to get a foothold on the brick or chimney eliminating my having to do it.  A very personable man whose prices have hardly changed in all these years.  A tremendous value for the money!

  CORBETT EXTREME PRESSURE KLEEN

  Jimmy and Martha Corbett from Corbett Extreme Pressure Klean did an excellent job cleaning our difficult 40+ year old driveway, sidewalks, concrete patio, stone steps and porches, and brick and stone patio surrounding our backyard fish pond on Wed. June 5, 2012.  
  The most important thing to us was that no chemicals would be used near our fish pond patio. We did not want any fish killed or harmed by chemical runoff or dangerous debris in the pond.  Jimmy took proper precautions and the end result for that area was a perfectly beautiful clean patio and happy swimming fish.  
  Another important thing to us was that the hand-set brick and stone surfaces would be cleaned without damage or dislodging.  Jimmy and Martha were so very careful and so very successful doing an excellent job cleaning in that difficult situation.  
  And the concrete driveways and sidewalks look amazing now!  So clean and bright; we could not be more thrilled with the results; thank you SO much Jimmy and Martha!  
  I highly recommend their work and we would definitely use their professional services in the future.
