APrecision Garage Door ServicePrecision is Precisely What You Need! I didn't know it was possible to fall in love with a garage door! But yes this is just what happened. I determined I needed a new garage door but where to start? It is not like we have lots of experience to draw upon when making this purchase. My journey started with the call to Precision Door Service - talking with their courteous customer service staff led to a prompt appointment with Ryan to design just the door for my style of home. He patiently reviewed the many options for a door that was not only functional but also an enhancement to the appearance of my home. So many options are reviewed from composition, color. insulation, window style and ornamentation. He took great care to be sure I was satisfied with the final design without pressure or a rush to make the decision. There is excellent communication through the company as the door is ordered, delivered and then scheduled for install on a day and time meeting my requirements. The technical crew arrived as scheduled on installation day. This team worked together to remove the old door and engineer a superb fit for the new door. The crew of technicians included Kent, Mike and able assistant, Travis. I cannot praise them enough for a job well done. They worked meticulously to remove debris and thoroughly test each component of the new door. I was delighted to come out and see the finished product and could be more satisfied with the result. The final step was to run through the operation in both automatic and manual mode. The care this crew takes to make sure the customer is satisfied and the pride they take in a job well done are so evident.- Jean Y.

CTudor Home Improvements, LLCThe first day install of the walk in door was ok except the door was hinged to open out in the wrong direction. The build of the barn style bay door did not go well and essentially 3 hours after my brother suggested how to attach the plywood on the outside they did so and stopped for the day. When I complained as I considered the men not able to do the job the boss Randy came out on Monday with the same 2 men and claimed that we didn't specify how the door should open and stated that there would be no extra charge to do the build right. We (my brother and I) explained "Old School" side hinged bay doors were built out of wood and not just a metal frame with plywood put only on the outside as they thought. The workmen then went to work building the door as we asked with interior and exterior casing over the metal frame. The owner Randy Tudor had claimed when he was there that he didn't have his notes with so could not say what the price was. When the job was complete he failed to come to get payment and sent a text message indicating the total was 1625.00 for the job. Today, Wednesday after texting back and forth a couple of times he showed up and provided a receipt for the agreed sum of 1200.00 for the job and accepted payment stating he wasn't going to argue the price.- Jill M.

AAugusta Garage DoorsMike came out this morning after I called him due to a cross beam on our garage door shearing off the bolts holding it to the frame. He was professional, courteous and honest! Other's could have told us we needed a new garage door, but Mike was able to fix this quickly and without it becoming a much more expensive job! His fees are reasonable too! I will definitely use him again if we have a garage door problem!- LINDA H.

FA Plus CarportsOrdered a carport in June and finally got it erected in late August. Of course they blamed it on Covid for the delay. Had problems to appear two days after installation. Called the company and was passed back and forth between scheduler and dispatcher both saying they would get back with me on a date to have a crew come out and fix the problem. That was August and it's now December. Tried contacting them and still getting the runaround. The last conversation we had, they blamed the weather on the reason they can't come. While on the phone I informed them that I was driving behind the crew that put up my carport and maybe they could stop by any fix my problem. Of course they gave a reason why they couldn't get in contact with them. If you want a carport installation, DO NOT USE, A PLUS CARPORTS. They are not worth it. Full of lies. I would also recommend Access for repairs as we have had them do various ones on older doors before they were replaced. Each and every time anyone from Access has come to service or install garage doors or motors, they are prompt, professional, and prepared. The service techs and the installation techs always have the supplies they need, and they are efficient in their time use while they are working. They are helpful and patient as they explain how to use new products or explain what was repaired and how. Michael is a great communicator and is extremely reliable. Kris and Trisha came out to provide service and were very professional in fixing my garage door and recommended ways to properly maintain it.
