The first appt I had almost an hour wait for the eye exam. The waiting room was full.
The 2nd appt for measurements I had a 45 min wait. Noone came out to let e know they were running late or were behind. I talked to the lady at the desk once and she said it would be just a couple of minutes. After another 15 miutes I went back up to the lady and told her I could not wait any more. I did not ever hear from them again. No call to reschedule or for an explanation.
I will not return to that office because of their overbooking. too bad.

May 2013 - Eye exam and eyeglasses Rx - The opthamologist got my eyeglass prescription very wrong. He also strongly recommended cataract surgery that 2 other MDs said was not necessary and advised against (and now 2 years later my current opthamologist still does not recommend).

May and June 2015 - I ordered glasses with a current Rx from an outside opthamologist, 1. First they somehow used the old 2013 Rx to make the progressives. 2. I also ordered computer glasses, but they made reading glasses. 3. Upon remaking the progressives the 2nd time, the lab broke the frame. I had asked for them to expedite the order which they said they would but it took another 13 days. 3. When the progressives finally came back (now about a month has passed since I originally ordered), they were not the lenses I had asked for and that 2 people in the optical dept. confirmed I would be getting. I only discovered this when I asked to see the lens ID engraving to verify the lenses. I asked for a refund and received it. I gave this office a second try after my bad experience in 2013 since they are only only local place for eyeglasses on my health insurance. Big mistake. I won't use this office again and advise shoppers to verify the lenses they receive if they do order here.

Exam was very through using state of the art diagnostic equipment.  Br. Sponseller took plenty of time explaining her diagnosis and future plans.  She answered all of my questions.

When I arrived and handed the receptionist my paperwork she asked if I had vision care. I told her my plan had a $40 benefit on exams and $100 towards glasses. She said my insurance didn't show that. I told her I still needed to get the exam so if they didn't cover anything that was fine. As it turned out, I had looked up 2015 benefits and not 2014. Anyway, I really liked the doctor. She gave a very good exam and told me my eyesight did warrant new glasses. I went up to the front office and told the girl I wanted plain frames and showed her an old pair I brought with me. She looked at some frames on display and didn't find any that were the right size. She said I could use my old frames and get new lenses I would just need to sign a paper in case they were broken in the process. I told her that was fine. She started reading a paper she had when I asked her the price of one of the options. She read for about 5 minutes then said she needed to check on something and would be right back. She was gone for over ten minutes. She came back and said the price for the lenses ALONE was $525.00. I told her that was outrageous. She immediately said she would print out my prescription. I paid my $80.00 for the exam. I have never heard of anyone paying over $500 for lenses alone. Needless to say I won't be going back.

She's an ophthalmologist, so she's well trained. She can handle a number of different vision problems. She's very professional and took me the very same day when I called them. They're a full service outfit, with ophthalmologists on staff.

The stitches in the hand went fairly well as I recall (its been a while). I got in around 2:30 in the afternoon and was being prepped within about half an hour this was a company accident so I didn't have any paper work. The office was short staffed on that particular day there was a political rally going in the same parking lot and kept a few of the doctors out of the office. The PA that sowed my hand up wonderful bedside manner. I was in and out in about 2 hours.
The second time I went to see them I was having stabbing chest pains from an inflammation near the heart. I didn't have the classic heart attack so I went to Doctor's Care and not the ER. They had me in and out in about 1.5 hours for what wasn't a serious problem.

It was a great appointment. I felt the eye exam was very thorough and was really impressed by how much they actually did during my appointment. I left feeling confident that my eyes were healthy!

We are very happy with them. They are outstanding in every way. I've been going to him for 30 years and he communicates well with my primary physicians. I will absolutely use him again. I am scheduled to do so.

They were extremely helpful in helping me pick out a pair of glasses. Their prices were quite expensive though. The most my husband has ever paid for glasses, and he has been wearing them since 2.

My 3 children all went for their annual eye check at Physicians Eye Center. They were scheduled at the same time so that I did not have to make repeated trips. We did not have to wait very long to be seen and even though the process took awhile, they were very thorough with all the 3 children. Nothing was missed out at all. Everyone that we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company. We are a family of 5 and have not had any problems with any of our visits.
