    Russell Holsenback of R.H. Builders, LLC and his associate, Jose Reyes, just completed a screen porch replacement and replacement deck at our home. Their workmanship is excellent and we are extremely pleased with the resulting changes. They also built a drainage and outflow system effectively eliminating a water runoff issue away from the house to the outer yard. They are pleasant individuals who make a dynamic duo with their skillset, experience, knowledge, and expertise. Russell���s experience in his craft is extensive and is reflected in the first cut of wood, the first screw placed, and the first nail pounded. He listens well, makes sound suggestions, and is amenable to design/build changes. His skillset has been honed through the years by sheer practical participation and encountering events in his trade. He has a ���can do��� attitude with a great motto that he lives by, ���there are no problems, just solutions���. Among the many talents of Jose is one of being a tile setter. He is meticulous in measuring, thoughtful in design ensuring precision cuts with clean edges and straight lines, and he seeks your opinion along the process. We are indeed happy with Russell and Jose and their craftsmanship in our remodel project.

    I could not be happier with the work that Larry Keel and his crew did for me. The tile I chose for the floor was a large black hexagonal tile that required the most exacting and professional techniques for a good result. The workmanship is first rate on both the floor and the shower. The men who work for Larry are professional and pleasant. When I had to leave, I did not worry about their being alone in the house or not working diligently while I was gone. I cannot recommend this company and its owner highly enough.

    This is an old guy and his wife and while the wife is pleasant enough, her husband the repair guy, is very rude and ornery. I live in a gated community literally across the street from this guy. He knows he needs a vendor pass to get on and can only go to certain gates. When I tried to tell him where to go he spoke over me repeatedly and said he is going in the main gate regardless. He went and they wouldn't let him in, obviously. So he gets his WIFE to call me and say he cant do it. The other gate is jogging distance away from the first one. Go with someone else unless you have a fetish for verbal abuse and impertinence

    Took several days to get an appointment. Showed up at the very end of the allotted time. I assumed they were there to do the work, hooking up the drain and installing a new faucet I already purchased. Also changing out a single plug to a four prong 220 for a new stove that replace one that was hardwired. The appointment was actually just to give a quote, although all of the tasks were fully spelled out beforehand. Then they wanted $2K+ to do this less than 2 hours work, all labor, and they needed to reschedule a second appointment to actually do the work. Also tried to do lots of upselling with annual service checks, replacing the garbage disposal, etc. I refused. Charged $69 for the call anyway. Same company also quoted me $2K to replace my hot water heater. Will never call them again.

    The contractor called three minutes prior to the scheduled appointment to let me know that he was on the way. He arrived 30 minutes past the appointment time. That wasn't an issue for me because he called. Bart was very professional & I was very happy with the job he did. I was charged $150 an hour. Once installed, one of the cameras did not work so Bart told me that he would come back and install the new camera once I received it. The work was completed on a Thursday so I tried calling him 3 times & left messages to determine if he could come back on Monday to change out the defective camera. I could not reach him nor was my call returned. By Monday evening I had the job done by someone else. On Tuesday I had a dental appointment. When I left, I found a message from Bart that he had some time & could come by to install the new camera. I feel that it would have taken him less than a minute to return my call & tell me that he could not guarantee a day when he could come back but he could call me if the opportunity became available. The sad part is that my new to the area neighbor called me for a plumber reference. I could not refer him because I had no ideal if he would return her call if needed.

    Very poorly. David is a nice young man, but he is not a professionally competent handy man. Furthermore, he works as some sort of electrician in his full-time job, but he should not be trusted doing electrical work by himself. He worked on an electrical job for us, but his electrical change to our electrical system has resulted in electrical malfunction. it still does not work properly, and he will not return my phone calls to him. He painted for us, and his painting inexperience resulted in disastrous results. Finally, he works full-time, and he has extensive child care responsibilities at home. This results in his having very limited time to work on his handyman side business. He tended to drag out the job by scheduling and either not showing up, or rescheduling with only a 15-20 minute notice that he is not coming that day. We liked David, and unfortunately believed his excuses till he did not show up at our house on a scheduled work date. He did not leave a message, and he left plenty of work unfinished. We made a mistake using David, and do not want someone else to have a similarly bad experience.

    Did work appropriately on initial visit. Unable to judge fee as first time. However was to come back and service generator and complete other requested work and has not in more than a month and no contact. Hire again? Not sure.

    Chris was very responsive when I called regarding a problem with grounding that my Heating Contractor had identified.  He exhibited knowledge and professionalism in diagnosing the problem and helped me to find a cost effective solution.  He also identified a problem with an ungrounded sump pump circuit and again helped find a cost effective solution.  He took time to explain the problems  and to explain what could be done.  He also gave the house a look over to see if there were any other problems.  I felt that he really had my best interest in mind.  His work was excellent and at a very reasonable cost.  I would certainly use him again.

    They came out and provided a free estimate.  The day of the service they were prompt, cheerful & courteous.  While they were here I remembered a few other things that needed done.  The cost to add these items was very satisfactory!  They had time to do some of them that day and had to return to do others.   A very professional company that I will use again and again.

    Mr Central Air Conditioning Heating & Solar
    The owner of Mr. Central, Robert Giancroce, came out to my house to provide a quote for a new packaged unit. He was very helpful and went above and beyond when he took the extra time and effort to confirm that I actually needed a new unit. His primary concern was that I only replace something that actually needed to be replaced. During the free estimate, he actually took off a few panels to visually inspect and confirm that replacement was necessary, instead of repair. As a result of this inspection I was able to confirm that there was a hole in the heat exchanger and that, at the very least, the heat exchanger would need to be replaced. Mr. Giancroce provided me with my options with pricing. Since my unit was 10 years old there was a risk that the compressor might fail soon, so I decided that I would spend the extra money to replace the entire system. I took a day to weigh my options and between the different contractors that provided quotes and ultimately chose Mr. Central because (1) they provided competitive pricing, (2) they demonstrated that they value client satisfaction more than money, and (3) they have a local presence and will be equipped to handle emergency situations in a timely manner if needed.
    Upon selecting Mr. Central to install my new unit, they were able to set up the installation for the next day. During installation the service technicians were friendly and knowledgeable, and they got the entire job done, start to finish, in about 4 hours. The owner, Robert Giancroce, came back to my house near the end of the installation to look at the new installation and make sure I was happy with the work.
    Overall I was very happy with the work that was performed and I feel that they went above and beyond to provide good service. Based on my experience, I would use them in the future for all of my HVAC needs, and I would recommend them to all of my friends and family.
