ACommunication: I thought that I would have a hard time reaching Ray, as his mail box was full both times I called. However, in both cases, Ray called me back promptly. He was really easy to work with, and showed up when promised. Ray was congenial, listened well and made good (but not pushy) suggestions about additional services he could help me with. After talking with him I added pressure washing walkways and driveways to the job. Quality of work: Ray performed all the work efficiently and professionally. The patio, steps, walkways, and driveways look great. Value: Ray is not the least expensive in town, but I felt that I received excellent value for my money. I plan to call on him again for my future pressure washing needs.

FDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I received deploymemt assignment instructions from the Army. I inquired about carpet cleaning services on Angie's List due to the requirements of my move out inspection from my property manager. About a week later I got a call from S&S Carpet Cleaners in regards to my inquiry. The lady I spoke to initially gave me a quote of $225 based on the square inches of carpet on my rental. When I stated that I was not interested due to have had several other lower quotes, there was a sigh of frustration in the backround from a male. I was then called by the same lady about an hour later and she said she forgot about a special they were running (amazingly) for $179 to which I accepted. I scheduled the cleaning to take place on 1 Feb 2021. I had to ask S&S on three separate occasions to send me an invoice (estimate) so that I could provide it to my property manager. After the carpet cleaning was conducted (while I was already gone on my deployment), I then again had to contact S&S on three seperate ocassions for them to send me a receipt for their services. About a week later, I received a bill from my property manager for a stain that was left on the carpet. I brought this issue up with S&S as to why I paid for carpet cleaning but yet I was left with a stain on the carpet. At first I was told that its because I just paid for a "basic steam". When I asked to why I wasn't told there was still stain left on the carpet, I was told "My wife forgot to let you know we do not fix stains when she sent the receipt". I also asked the company why they didn't come do an estimate prior to the scheduled date to let me know they couldnt fix stains and they never responded. I then asked was the company going to pay the bill I received from my property manager and I was told "I did what I was paid for and there's nothing I can do about it". This type of behavior from a business does not scream a professional organization. When at fault, you take responsibility for your mistakes and put the consumer's issues first. I highly recommend that you take your business elsewhere so that you can have a peace of mind that the services you paid your hard earned money are done correctly.

CTammy was a smoker, smelled like smoke instead of clean when they finished. Used dirty mops. Floors not clean. Didn’t really listen or catch on to instructions regarding which mops to use. I feel like I can resolve all issues except smoking. Joanne was very pleasant.

AOur former vent person moved. I saw the good reviews and was a tad hesitant given one non vent business reviewed well here was not up to our expectations. Anyhow, Matt Lambries and his assistant were very professional. He showed me photographs of the work done including diagnostic numbers on air flow. I was VERY please with his promptness, professionalism and courtesy. He recommended we have the dryer vent cleaned in two years. I will be calling him to clean our dryer vent again. Very Happy.
