  • I called Action Appliance to let them know and they sent out a technician in a timely manner who found the hose was block from debris due to the original pump failure, the technician repaired it and I was not charged. Thankfully my dishwasher is running smoothing again just in time for the Holidays! I would definitely recommend Action Appliance, they had come out before to repair a washing machine and were very helpful and knew exactly what the problem was and repaired it immediately and at a very low cost compared to the previous service I had been using.

  • The repairman arrived on time, but was clueless about how to fix the burner, that wouldn't light on the stove.  He suggested that we order different parts, but he was unsure if they would solve the problem despite having already charged us the 89 dollars. He said we would be responsible for an additional 100 plus charge to install the parts, plus the parts charge for something he wasn't sure would solve the problem.  We were told when we called that they carried most parts on their trucks, which was far from the truth in our case.  Our biggest problem is being charged the 89 dollar fee when they had no idea on how to fix the burner. Our tenants were also there to witness this transaction and were miffed by the repairman's lack of knowledge.

  • Stephan estimated the job and coordinated the purchase of materials that we specified.  Jason, his employee, did all the work.  To say that he is a true professional is an understatement.  The work area was always well organized, the mess was minimal, and he had almost everything he needed in his truck.  He was an absolute pleasure to have in our home for almost 5 days.  The end result is all we could have hoped for, and we are delighted.

  • I called Best Buy immediately and filed a claim. A third party appliance tech was sent to determine if the installation caused the leak. He confirmed that it was in fact an install issue, and the dishwasher was leaking in two places, which the installer should have seen and corrected right away. Very long story short, after countless phone calls and dealings with Best Buy, Optima, etc., Danny's showed up 3 weeks later completely unannounced, and denied all liability for the water damage. He claimed there would be water under the dishwasher if the leak came from there, but it had been 3 weeks and the puddle of water under my dishwasher had of course dried. We had disconnected the water supply to stop the leak. But the damage is still there on my neighbors ceilings. My boyfriend and I asked why he was showing up 3 weeks later, and told him that a third party had come and determined it WAS an install issue. Danny proceeded to say how he doesn't trust the third party because they stole their contract... very unprofessional. He proceeded to speak to us in a very unprofessional manner. He then tried to reconnect the dishwasher without my permission, so we asked him not to touch it, and he left.
    It has now been 2 months since the installation and I still have the dishwasher sitting in my kitchen and my neighbors still have water damage. The claim continues to drag on because Danny's, Optima, and Best Buy all refuse to take responsibility for what was clearly an installation issue.
    Never in my life have I experienced such awful service.

  • Techinican called half hour before appointment, arrive at 4 pm as sceduled. Techinican very professional , I thought the price was a little high. But the service was quickly performed and got my washer up and running quickly. And on the same day I called.

  • When I lived in Barrington I used Mr. Rinebolt for many years. He was always reliable came out in a timely manner. He was very capable and has repaired all of my appliances over the years. I highly recommend him and would use him again if I was still in the area.
