    ECHO Septic Services LLC
The young guy did a great job. He had various recommendations to avoid septic problems in the future. Since we are older he mentioned that if we were to sell our property we should make sure we get the septic inspection before we sell rather than having the buyer get it inspected. He was extremely knowledgeable. $190.00 charge was very reasonable. Will be hiring again.

We are very grateful to Echo Septic for helping my family fix a hazard on our property. We uncovered an improperly abandoned septic tank below our lawn. Vince and his Father provided advice and a clear solution. Their service was prompt and fairly priced.

A++ The whole experience was 100% professional. The office was great to talk to, answered all my questions and was able to book me for the following day. They gave me a window in which they would arrive and they were right on time. The driver gave a call when he was on his way and did a great job. I couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!*** Called this company inquiring about their services/to discuss the problem I was having with my Panel. Spoke with Allura on 10/5 who was very helpful & pleasant. Upon speaking with her she made me aware they could send someone out the following day. She told me it’d be $95 for every 30 minutes but that they typically find the problem within that first thirty minutes. if any work was done that same day the $95 would then be deducted off my bill. Awesome right? Wrong. She gave me INCORRECT INFORMATION. Fast forward to 10/6 they come out to my home. (Wish my husband had gotten the gentlemen’s name who had actually did the work but unfortunately he did not.) within the first 30 minutes they indeed did find the problem, the floats on my septic pump were stuck with grease. The worker said all that needed to be done was to power wash them to clean up the gunk and that we’d be all set. A little over an hour later the man then knocks on our door and says everything is all set. That we had one float he felt needed to be replaced but he doesn’t like replacing just one so he went ahead and replaced all 4 at the cost of $150 EACH! He did work on our property without fully disclosing what exactly he would be doing we were upset but obviously had no other option but to go along with it and pay. The work was already done. We got our bill which was $800 unsure of where he got the number from he broke it down and stated $600 for the 4 parts he replaced at the price of $150 each and $195 for a technical service fee that they charged everyone just for coming out. I explained that’s not what I got told yesterday, Allura said It would be $95 and if I got work done that $95 would be deducted. He couldn’t honor what Allura told me and suggested I call the company. So I did, I called the company. Allura was out, so I spoke with her supervisor Robin, who was oh so sure I didn’t get told that, that’s not their policy and the $195 is non refundable. She said she would call Allura and see if that’s indeed what she did say so we can resolve the issue. I got a phone call back from Robin an hour stating that Allura did indeed make a mistake and tell me that information but the $195 is non refundable and there wasn’t much she could do. I didn’t get an apology or any sincere sense of remorse for the inconvenience they set upon their paying customer. I was disappointed and that was clear, she then spoke with the owner who said all he could do was give me $95 off my next service with them.. lol sir you technically owe me much more than $95 and I will never be doing business with your company again. So thanks but no thanks. PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!! THIS COMPANIES CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! They absolutely do not honor their word, and obviously DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKES. HORRIBLE.

    Top notch inspections Inc.
We have used Top Notch for quite a few homes over the past 10 years. Some we have purchased, and some we had to pass on due to inspection findings. Tony is fabulous, down to earth, professional and honest. He will tell you exactly what you need to know to make the right decision on purchasing a home. We would use him again, and recommend his services.

    Village Septic Service
When our plumbing backed up and wouldn't drain the plumber we called advised us that the first thing we should do was get our septic pumped. The only business that responded to our calls was Village Septic. They recommended we locate the tank ourselves to keep the cost down, but after digging holes all over the back yard and not finding it (neither did a metal detector) we were stumped. We pleaded with them to come back and find it for us, so they followed the pipe from the house and were able to successfully find and empty the tank. It turned out that some of the pipe was old collapsed orangeburg from the 50's and included a sharp bend so we were advised to replace the line with more gently curving PVC, which we did. This part of the job took longer to complete but once our plumbing was working, which was taken care of promptly, we did not care. By the time the job was done our plumbing was working, new pipe installed, and the soil put neatly back in place. Village Septic will definitely be our go-to folks if we have trouble in the future.

    Mumford Services
They are punctual, efficient and friendly. They usually come the day I call or soon thereafter. We were having other electric work done recently and the electrician couldn't figure out what circuit the septic was on. Mumford sent someone right over and figured it out--for no fee! I wish every company I dealt with was so high quality. (They also put in the septic system before we bought the house and it has been fine.)

    Rhino Rooter
I was hesitant to call this contractor because he seemed so far away and most contractors will charge extra for long distance. David didn't charge extra and he was on site within a couple of hours. He was extremely professional, very personable and overall a just a great person to get to know. After removing the clogs from the drain, he gave me wonderful advice on how to better maintain my particular system to prevent further damage. He told me, "if you follow my advice you probably won't have this issue again and need to spend your hard earned money". That was cool coming from a contractor. I am glad I called him and I've been telling all of my friends and family about him.

Everything went well. Price was less than originally quoted due to tank size being smaller than we thought
