We had interviewed two other companies who were a disappointment. When we met with co-owner, Joe Pakuris, of KCCNE, we felt this would be the company to engage for our extensive project KCCNE's business model is what makes them a top tier design and build organization. Other remodel companies use sub-contractors for aspects of a project, resulting in a domino effect of delays if one aspect falls behind schedule. KCCNE controls & schedules all facets of the project with their highly skilled, experienced staff of employees who perform highly specialized functions such as kitchen and/or bath design, product ideas & selection, demolition, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, stone cutting & has a honed list of other trusted professionals for those aspects not handled directly by KCCNE, such as appliances, lighting, plumbing fixtures & hardware, glass inserts, painting. Every worker with whom we dealt frequently on our project was highly skilled, personable, helpful & efficient. George is prompt, reliable and works clean. He knows his trade and helps you see the end result. He is exceptional at coming up with solutions to construction problems and how to rearrange rooms, closets or cupboards to fit your vision. George just looked at our first floor hall closet and immediately knew exactly what needed to be done to bring our full size washer and dryer upstairs. He explained it all to us and got the job done in less than a few hours. Everything was done perfectly and functions great. He recently added two vanities in our basement too. George had to cut through heating elements to fit them properly. We were very satisfied with his work, plus George will keep you laughing all the time. He is by far the funniest man we know. Ai needed to get two carpets stretch out. i messages the company and received a response almost immediately. A date and time was set to come out and quote the job. The tech came out and told me "i can finish this job right now so you wont have to wait" . The tech also helped me move some furniture . This is not in his job description, however he was more then happy to help me with it. I will be doing business with them again for sure.
