  • They sent a latex 300.00 foam mattress not the one we have to replace. It contains Latex! Told them I'm highly allergic The nurse from the company came out a saw and apologies Nothing for several hours has been done to rectify. They put my health I'm on hospice at risk! Besides having FedEx drop off this foam latex mattress my poor husband had to drag in to drag our mattress they destroyed down stairs to not even be the one we were assured would be delivered ! Cruel and disgusted I'm lucky I didn't sleep in this bed ( because it's so uncomfortable ) because of the latex and I had just had a central line put in on Friday. This company should be **** down! My mattress is option mattress there's is the no name that is latex and only foam! Norm memeory foam like ours.

  • First, he was supposed to have a visit the day after coming home, and they did not come out until 2 days later.  I spoke to someone in the office who reported that was how they always did it, and let it go.  The RN was very nice and I spoke to her both before and after the visit.  She assisted us in getting some medication refilled when I was having trouble contacting the doctor. An LPN ( also very nice) came out that Sunday and said there was a glitch in the system and she apologized for not having come sooner.  She told me that his next appointment was to be the following Friday (12/16), and now on 12/29 I am still waiting to hear from them...

I was told that I would hear from both OT and PT within the next day or so.  OT finally arrived 8 days after he was discharged from the hospital, at which point I had already spoken to friends of mine ( I am a speech pathologist)and gotten some exercises appropriate for him from both an OT and a PT.  She came and did a few things, and said she would be back for 1 visit to see how he was doing with the exercises (that I had provided).  Now, 13 days after hospital discharge I am still waiting to hear from a PT.  Thankfully, my father is doing well and does not really need those therapy services...but what about the patients who do?

I  did not request this home care agency, but the agency I requested was not taking patients in my area at this time.  I am extremely disappointed in how this agency manages their staffing and handles their referrals.  I would not recommend them and I will not use them again if home care services are needed.
