    Ocean State Home Improvement Inc
John and his crew were very professional. He came right away, quoted me a price and advised me on the materials and work I needed done. As soon as I agreed, I didn't have to wait. The materials were delivered promptly and the work started. His crew came at the time they said and worked diligently. He has a hard working crew including his two very respectful sons. His son Nick answered all of my questions and kept me informed on what they were planning on doing for the day. All of the guys were professional and cleaned up at the end of each day. John was here checking on his crew everyday and making sure I was happy. He kept me informed if problems came up and there were no surprises or unexpected costs at the end. The house was finished in 5 days and it looks amazing. Everyone tells me that it looks like a brand new house. I would recommend John and his crew and use them again when I need work done,

The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Bob came promptly to review the scope of work, provided us with an estimate within a couple days, and began work the following week. His crew is terrific.....very professional, prompt and thorough. Thanks for such a great experience!

    Joshua Olean Carpentry
It took almost a week and a half because Josh did this project alone (with addition of plumber and electrician when necessary). Time was not of the essence for us, however, and we were very pleased with the results.

    ELCO Painting Inc.
Excellent. The work was done in three stages: power washing, sanding, carpentry/stain application. We made appointments each time and the Elco crew was punctual and organized. Because of the massive gypsy moth infestation we had, I delayed the staining work until early August as it would have been stupid to have caterpillar feces embedded in the paint. Elco assigned three different crews and all were on time and efficient. The carpentry work was excellent and the painter suggested a stain where the wood grain shone through, which we immediately liked. Minor irritants were the power washers partially damaged some plantings (which recovered) and $500 for the power washing seemed steep. All in all, I am very pleased with Elco and would not hesitate to recommend or call them again.

    Two Brothers Quality Painting
The overall project went extremely well. The estimate provided by Dan was detailed and clearly written; the projected starting and completion dates were met despite tricky weather conditions. The crew led by Rex was excellent - courteous, professional and thorough. Their attention to detail and understanding of our concerns were outstanding. We would not hesitate to recommend Two Brothers Painting.

I found George via Angie's list several years back when I was looking to do my bathroom over. He got such great reviews on Angie's list I had him come to my house to give me an estimate. He was very accommodating, polite, punctual, and of the 3 quotes I received he was the least expensive. He did a wonderful job on my bathroom. After the work was done there were a few adjustments that needed to be made so I emailed him the issues and he came right out soon after to make the adjustments. When I needed new windows I again got several quotes and George again came back with the best one. He did a great job installing my windows with no issues since. In April I had him install a glass sliding door, which he had to bust out 2 double hung windows (5 ft in width) and cut out the wall to accommodate a 6-ft slider. At the same time he built a set of temporary wooden stairs that can be used to go into the backyard from the slider. Again, he did a wonderful job. I trust his opinion, feel safe with and trust him in my house (I have no problem not being in the house while he's there), always will use him in the future knowing the way he works and how he treats his customers, and always recommend him to people who are looking for work done in their homes. In addition to doing quality work, he was great at problem-solving if any issues arose, always cleaned up before he left for the day, and was always respectful and nice to me and my 2 young kids. If he saw a little thing around my house that needed fixing (one that was completely separate from what he was hired to do, such as cleaning up the bad caulking around my sink and fixing a door jam) he would just take care of it and not expect any money for doing it. He is a genuinely nice man. The men he brought with him to do the work were always very nice and I never had any issues. The men he contracted out (electrician and man who laid my new bathroom tile floor) did great work and also very nice. With all the work I had done, for any materials/windows/cabinets that weren't delivered to my house, he would pick up for me. I highly recommend him with complete confidence.

    JJJ Painting & Construction
Upon calling Jay for an estimate  - he came out promptly to look at the job in hand.  He supplied a detailed estimate within a couple of days and we agreed upon this.  His crew began working within a couple of weeks of original suggested date due to bad weather they could not start earlier.  Once here, they were very hardworking, thorough and professional.  All of his crew were excellent painters and took their time to make it look really nice.  They cleaned up each day after they left and were respectful of the property.
I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends and neighbors.  I will be using this company in the future to update our bathroom and replace handrails in the hallway.
Bethany, Jay's wife deals with the administration/financial side and is a delightful lady.
This is a great company that believe in good workmanship.

Picked out a jeld-wen entry door and Andersen storm door at NK home depot store.  This included HD ordering all material, doors, installation of both doors, trim,  and removing from premises all debris, and cleaning up as result of construction. All the work completed was superior.  Work done by Millwork Specialist ,NK Home Depot.  Millwork was very professional and personable, very hard worker. All construction debris was cleaned up and taken away.  I would recommend this service without hesitation. It was very easy to work with HD customer order specialist and Millwork.
