  • Walked in for a bone density test, Receptionist was proficient, unfriendly, no smile, barely any eye contact, acted like she didn't know anything about the bone density test. Finally she saw the schedule and told me the person would be right with me. The waiting time for the bone density test was reasonable.
    Then after I put myself on the waiting list for a walk in appt.  The Receptionist acted like I was putting them out. Like I had a nerve wanting to be seen. The wait time of about 30 minutes, after all, wasn't too long.
    When I saw Dr. Regan, she was wonderful as usual. She has a wonderful bedside manner and has diagnosed several problems I have had when I have seen her. She is also able to think of solutions to difficulties I have had that were very helpful. During this visit she thought of a solution to my getting a lab test done closer to my home when a condition occurs. Which will save me time and money because I won't have to go to her office next time this problem occurs. Unfortunately her office is about 45 minutes away from me and I have to cross a bridge with a toll. So this really helps. She is really empathetic too. She has helped me several times with emotional issues too.
    So Dr. Regan is fantastic, I love her!! Dr. Boyle is also in the Practice and is fantastic.
    Her office staff's service leaves a lot to be desired!  If I didn't like Dr. Regan/ Dr. Boyle so much, I would not use this office.
    Just an example:  I have called for a renewal of a prescription and it took them 4 days and 2 phone calls from me and 2 fax requests from the pharmacy to get it faxed into the pharmacy. rediculous! They told me that the original Dr. that ordered the script (Dr. Boyle) was on that day (and Dr. Regan was off) but Dr. Boyle had said she would not write the script, I would have to wait for Dr. Regan to get back Friday (2 days away). So when I went to pick up my script from the pharmacy the script was ordered by Dr. Boyle after all.  So I don't really know why I had to wait 4 days for a Dr. who was working the day they received the script to sign it???????  Just a note: this was NOT for a narcotic medication. It was for a long standing medication.

  • I have been seeing him for twelve years now. He is very thorough and personable. He sits and talks to me. He has limited visiting hours. He doesn't work on weekends and I think on some days of the week also.
