AOCEAN STATE PROPERTY SERVICESWe have hired George P Veader of Ocean State Property Services for many jobs. I also refer him to many of my clients in my real estate career. He does excellent work. George is prompt, reliable and works clean. He knows his trade and helps you see the end result. He is exceptional at coming up with solutions to construction problems and how to rearrange rooms, closets or cupboards to fit your vision. George just looked at our first floor hall closet and immediately knew exactly what needed to be done to bring our full size washer and dryer upstairs. He explained it all to us and got the job done in less than a few hours. Everything was done perfectly and functions great. He recently added two vanities in our basement too. George had to cut through heating elements to fit them properly. We were very satisfied with his work, plus George will keep you laughing all the time. He is by far the funniest man we know. AShoreline INCNorbert and his team were wonderful to work with and did an absolutely wonderful job. The shed came from Tuff Shed in NH and when the men came to put the shed up they kept on praising Norbert and what a wonderful job he did. Apparently they more often then not have to have it leveled again. But they kept saying what a great job he did. Will definitely hire him again. And was such a gentleman! ACurt was very professional and responsive from the moment we first called him. We had a dirt floor crawlspace with a large amount of moisture. The crawl space height was very low but Curt's crew managed to get in and de-mold and encapsulate the entire crawlspace. They also installed a thermostatically controlled dehumidifier which kicks on automatically when the moisture level gets too high. The crew did an excellent job under challenging conditions. The price was right too. Would recommend Curt and Real Dry to anyone needing basement or crawlspace solutions.

AWe purchased a new home that Lou was building in Smithfield while it was being framed. Even though the home was not a custom build, Lou treated it like it was. We added quite a few upgrades along the way and he entertained every one of them with enthusiasm. The craftsmanship and overall quality of work was second to none. His son built our field stone fireplace that came out beautiful. He always went out of his way to get things right for us... even when the Realtors could not get us together before the closing. I would hire Lou in a heartbeat for any other home we build, an addition or any other project that we may have in the future.
