  • Beautiful, clean office, friendly office staff. I love the way Dr. Beitle met me in his office while I was fully clothed and spoke to me like I was a person, not just patient #20 in a paper gown. I've had a lot of experience with the paper gown meetings and I appreciated being treated with dignity and respect. Dr. Beitle made me feel comfortable voicing any concerns I had. He asked plenty of questions...was thorough. In the exam room there is a sound machine playing the sound of waves which is very relaxing while waiting for the doctor to come in. After the exam, I got dressed and met him in his office. He told me that if there were any problems with the pap smear he would call personally to tell me. I haven't had this kind of patient-oriented experience at an ob-gyn office since I had Dr. Anctil in Fall River, MA, many years ago. So glad I saw all of his great reviews online and that they were all true.

  • I started at this office a few years ago with Dr. Sienna and really liked her.  She has since retired and I saw Dr. Harris Galkin this week.  He's ok--went through my records carefully and conducted an exam.  He suggested an ultrasound to confirm an IUD was still positioned correctly.  They were unable to do it right then, so I returned 2 days later.  The ultrasound room is a disaster.  The floor looks like it hasn't been mopped (let alone bleached or scrubbed) in ages, there was a pen on the floor, a paper clip on the floor, and it's located in what looks like a storage closet (boxes of supplies, reams of paper, etc.)  The desk is old and totally chipped up all along the edges, and it's just jam packed with stuff--although not medical supplies that you would expect.  It's the tech's purse (sitting on the box of tissues), bags from Toys R Us, and just general office mess.  It looks like an old, messy storage closet with an ultrasound machine and exam table stuck in it.  Seriously makes me wonder what else is being handled under similar conditions in that office.
I spoke with the office manager and shared my concerns.  She totally agreed it was unacceptable.  She said she's been there a year and has gotten push back in getting them to make changes.  What medical office with high standards puts up a fight about keeping things clean?
The girls at the front desk are not friendly.  Go through the motions without a smile or thank-you.

  • She is my regular doctor. I make an appointment and go in. I am in and out within half an hour; I don't have to wait. Her staff members are great and call all the time. Anytime anything comes up they call me and remind me about appointments which I probably need.

  • I was very, very happy with the midwives' office specifically in the delivery process on just how personable they were. It wasn't just routine for them, they made the experience really special, and I think that's an important review for people to have to know that they are not only going to receive good care and professional care, but also personal care. The receptionist is not so personable, but the rest of the staff is really great. Usually you would have to wait for a while to get seen after your appointment time.

  • You go in there and the whole process starts. From going in, to being treated and seeing a doctor is like less than an hour versus sitting in an emergency room for 8 hours and then being sent home like they did not even take care of your primary issue in the first place. Now if I or someone else has an issue I just go straight there and meet the doctor directly. They have x-ray machines there, within the same office building. If you need like other treatments for things, for example, physical therapy same building, orthopedics same building, just about anything. If they will need to refer you to a specialist they all are in the same building. It is sort of like you literally just go up the elevator and like all the specialists are in the same building. The transfer of information is very quick and fast. I even called to speak to the doctor and she was with the patient and literally within 5 minutes the doctor called me back. If the doctor is not literally available they will definitely call you back. They are very professional. I do not have any complaints. They are open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. The office environment is great; it is clean. Regarding punctuality, they are really quick. Their staff, they are very friendly. They seem genuinely concerned. They actually care about you. They are very clear and very concise in their communication. They answer all your questions. I live in another town and I drive over there. They will take you even if you have insurance or not. They are definitely way more reasonable than the emergency room.

  •  In a nutshell, excellent!
First of all, he listened carefully and with no impatience as I described my symptoms and concerns.
Next, even though I was there for just a lung question, he gave me a pretty complete head-to-toe exam.
Then he initiated a series of tests of my breathing and lungs which took a few days to yield a report of results.
He told me that even though the tests showed I had lost a significant amount of breathing capacity, the problem was not my lungs.  He recommended that I see a cardiologist, which I did and learned I have congestive heart failure, which both doctors agree is the cause of my shortness of breath.
Several times during my series of office visits I had reason to call his office with questions, which I gave to the nurse or clerk to be relayed to the doctor.  Very impressive in this day & age!

  • She is extremely competent, thorough and compassionate. She never rushes you and will spend whatever time you need to answer questions and explain things, which is a great thing when you're in the examination room. If you're in the waiting room, not so much - punctuality is not her greatest virtue, but I find that to be more than compensated for by the quality of her care and the fact that she and her staff will make every effort to get you in to see her, a PA or nurse practitioner ASAP when needed. The exam staff is also terrific. The front of office staff is perfectly competent, but sometimes a little brusque. I will continue to see Dr. Siedlecki until she retires or I die.

  • You get seen with in 15 minutes of your appointment. They make an appointment for the next year; other doctors will call you about your upcoming appointment, not them. I missed an appointment and it cost me $35.

  • I felt I was in good hands the moment I walked into the waiting room. I've been a patient here for over 20 years, so it's not surprising that the office staff greeted me like an old friend. I was checked in promptly, and the nurse who collected me and set me up was caring and supportive. My doctor reviewed my file and asked lots of questions, gave me an exam, and offered insights, suggestions and a game plan. She is an extremely supportive person and I always feel comfortable talking with her about anything at all. I was seen right on time, which is usually the case. I can remember only one time when appointments were running late, and that was because there was another patient in the office who had something quite serious going on. I didn't mind, though -- I know that I could very well be in that same position someday, and I wouldn't want my doctor to rush me out the door in order to keep to a schedule.

  • After visiting with numerous doctors in my area and finding no resolution to my problem I decided to try someone at a big city/teaching hospital. I had to wait initailly for my first appointment but then was seen on a regular basis. Dr. Reginato appeared to diagnos my problem at first glance but sent me for blood work and had me return within the week. Because his schedule was full he came in before office hours to meet me and confirm his diagnosis. As he thought, I had an autoimmune disease and was put on prednisone to control the swelling. Because this disease can be systemic I was given a series of tests to confirm that my primary organs were not compromised. Fortunately they were not. If he found a problemk the prognosis is most usually fatal. I continue to see him (now 2x/year) and can always call him for information.
