    Jim, the owner, was so honest and upfront with me about the work that would need to be done on my 2009 Chevy Suburban. In the end, we decided that instead of spending the money on these repairs it would be better to trade it in and get something else. Jim's charge for the inspection was very reasonable! He offered to inspect any vehicle that i was considering buying in the future. Jim and his crew are very trustworthy and honest and they feel like family! Thanks Jim, we will definitely recommend you to all our friends!

    Be very cautious!! I purchased a used 2015 GMC Sierra from Hurd in February. In May (only 2200 miles later) I had the first opportunity to use the AC and found it did not work. I immediately brought the vehicle in and was informed that it needed a new condenser and would cost close to $1000 for the job. They sold me a vehicle with a broken air conditioner and refuse to stand behind it! Who uses AC in 30 degree weather! I have purchased from Hurd in the past and considered them to be an excellent dealership however after this experience I warn you, Hurd has changed and cannot be trusted! Take a word of warning and take your business elsewhere!

    So, I gave Viti Mercedes-Benz 1 star based on non-stop constant issues that I’ve had with them from the moment that I called in to inquire about the E350 that I purchased (plus NO stars wasn’t an option). But before I continue on, I think that it’s important to make note that EVERY single time that someone has left a less than favorable review, Viti’s only response is excuse the behavior & poor customer service that people are complaining about without EVER actually taking any accountability whatsoever. This practice in itself shows exactly what the common business practices are at Viti (blame the customer & maintain the “idea” that Viti can do NO wrong). It’s embarrassing. Whatever happened to actually wanting to please the customer by doing everything in your power to leave the customer feeling pleased & confident about their purchase...? What a shame...!!! I think that it’s about time to notify the Upper Management of all the issues that I have been having with your dealership. #1) The first guy that I spoke with was so abrasive & pushy that I hung up with him & requested to deal with a different sales associate to make my purchase. • He was rude, arrogant & offensive. He was trying to make it seem like I was trying to get something for nothing, despite already securing over $30k worth of financing. The car I actually wanted was only $16k... #2) I specifically asked for the sunroof to be checked & for the rear sunshade to be checked for the purpose of confirming that they were in proper working order. • You guys blatantly went out of your way to deceive me by telling me that the sunroof & the rear sunshade work perfectly, as it should. Now either A) you guys knew that it was messed up & you specifically chose to lie to me -OR- b) the person who said that they checked it chose to be lazy & blow me off, which also shows that you guys specifically chose to lie to me. #3) You guys knew ahead of time that the rims that are currently on the vehicle, we’re not the same rims that were advertised within your listing (AMG 18” rims). • Once again, you guys blatantly went out of your way to deceive me by advertising that this vehicle had the sport package, with 18 inch AMG rims. #4) You guys knew ahead of time that the driver side visor was broken to the point where it wasn’t functional & actually caused a safety hazard when in use by having the flip up mirror cover dangle in the driver’s line of sight. •This equates to you guys operating & showing a clear willingness to specifically go out of your way to sell broken, non-functional equipment that specifically poses a safety risk to the driver. #5) I very specifically informed every single person that I spoke with that I already secured financing & that I did NOT want my credit to be ran for the purposes of receiving financing. • Despite informing every person that I spoke with, from the sales associate to the finance associate & all the way to the management that I spoke with, telling them verbally & via e-mail that I already secured financing & that they specifically did NOT have my permission to run my credit for the purpose of obtaining financing, they completely disregarded what I had to say, as they blew me off & chose to knowingly & willingly break the law by running my credit through 5 or 6 different financing companies. All in all, after only requesting for you guys to fix the essential & blatantly broken parts of this car & provide me with what was advertised as being included with the merchandise that I purchased (18” AMG rims), yet still being nickel & dimed, as I get constant pushback left & right, I am now going to take the responsible & justified course of action by working my way up the chain of command so that I can notify your superiors of the way that I’m being treated...     I have lived in the area for 5 years and have never found a mechanic that I would go back to for service again. I would take my car for service whenever I was driving to Virginia to visit family because I had a mechanic that I trusted there!!! Finally, I have a place that I can take my car for any and all needs. Anthony was fantastic; very polite, honest, good follow up, checked and double checked my car to make sure the clutch was perfect and even gave me an oil change since it was due. What a relief! just wished I had found this place years ago.

    I called on a Sunday to schedule an appointment.   Very professional and well organized.   Articulated in a timely manner the details that were important to me of what the process was.   I did not see the technician replace the window though ever thing looks very professional.  The state inspection and city decal were removed from the damaged windshield and placed on the new windshield.   The stickers affixed straight and level just the way I like it.

    I think their name is what caught my eye in the first place. Being from out of town, I really didn't know of any trusty mechanics in my neighborhood. I also didn't want to drive clear across town to a dealer. They charge too much anyway. I saw the name 'Honest' on their sign and I thought I'd give them a try. I have brought my vehicle in several times in the past year and had never been charged for anything other than for the reason I brought the car in to their shop. Nor was I ever told that something else is wrong with the car even though it's an older car. He's fixed numerous things on the old car and didn't make me feel like I'd been overcharged. One day my daughter was pushed off the road down the street from this shop. She tried to avoid someone who almost hit her, and the jerk kept going. She ate the curb and there was damage to the front passenger side. Since she was close and I had work done before, I called and asked if I could have the car towed to them. Since the car is older, I thought for sure it would be totaled. But Douglas told me that the damage wasn't that bad and he could fix it, even though his shop is not a collision shop. His price came in lower than my insurance adjuster quoted me, so I ended up not paying any of my $500 deductible toward repairs and he was able to fix it properly. He also recommended that I have it aligned at another shop that can do that. Another time I needed new headlights installed. The price he quoted me was very fair. I think if I had taken it to a dealer or even another shop, it would have cost me a lot more than what he charged. I feel I had gotten a great value for my money, honest work for an honest price. I would highly recommend this shop for service for anyone!
