When an 80 foot Red Oak fell in our yard and onto our neighbors property I knew exactly who to call because I had worked before with Above&Beyond Tree Service. What a comforting position for me to be in under such difficult circumstances. Geoff responded to my call right away and came right over to assess the situation. He put together a plan to keep everyone safe, and even consulted with our neighbors to let them know what was happening and why. He made adjustments to his schedule to be back the next morning to do the job with his amazing crew (knowledgeable, skilled, efficient and nice!). The day the two men came over to cut down the tree and some limbs on other trees I was so impressed by the great relationship Matt had with them. It was obvious they really liked and respected him. The two men who cut down the trees and limbs could not have been nicer and so professional. These men never stopped! Even my neighbors even remarked at how hard they worked! The next day they came back and took the tree trunks etc and left my yard immaculate! I would just like to tell you that I have dealt with other tree service companies and NONE can compare too NE Tree Service! I will definitely use them again and I think you should too!- Maire D.

ASH Services LLCI contacted SH Services to remove a large fallen tree branch from my property after Hurricane Isaias. The gentlemen were super prompt and responsive, and worked quickly to take care of the problem. I called around 10:50, the crew arrived by 11:45 and the tree was gone by 12:05. AStanley Tree Service IncAfter a delivery truck hit one of the lower branches (still about 10ft high) on my pine causing the branch to split the trunk of the tree, I called Stanley Tree who had trimmed my tree in the past. I was concerned the branch would come down and either injure a passerby, or a car if the winds increased (not uncommon in Newport). Even though the arborist could not come inspect the damage himself, he was able to make an assessment from the photos I sent acknowledging something had to be done. Within 48hrs he got one of his crews to properly remove the branch. It was also determined that they had to remove a neighboring branch because it was also damaged by the split trunk. The concern by the arborist, as well as the crew, was one reason I like this tree company. They are professional and considerate, and unlike several other companies, they have professional climbers, so they don't necessarily need bucket trucks for higher limbs. FCame out, left the stump over 18 inches above, after the quote said flush. Salesman was very rude and ignored my calls. Harassed me about payment even though they never came back to finish the stump cutting as they told me they would. Terrible company that I would not recommend to anyone.

ANick showed up on time for the appointment to provide an estimate. The team showed up at the scheduled time to do the work. The staff was very professional, and happily answered all of our questions. They kept us involved in the decision making when there was a question on whether specific branches should remain or be removed. They expertly worked around several buildings and were careful to stay off our aging septic system. They did a good job cleaning up the yard once the tree work was complete. I will definitely hire them again.

AJoe and his team were great! I hired them to do some fall lawn maintenance including dethatching, aerating, adding top soil to bare spots, seeding/overseeding, and fertilizing. I had reached out to several other companies and Nature Redesigned's prices were better, they were more responsive, and could come sooner. Then they came on time, did a great job, and followed up to ensure I was satisfied with the work (which I was). I highly recommend!
