Cherished Paws Pet Care & Courier Service
Cherished Paws came to our home for initial evaluation and consultation, spending a lot of time getting to know our girl. She responded well and Jamie and hubby responded like wise. We hired them immediately, never used home pet care previously. Of course we were still a little nervous despite their ability to connect with our Sophie immediately. We came home to happy and healthy sloppy kisses. Our Sophie was well cared for. We prefer not to leave her, especially in her later years, but if we must we will happily hire Cherished Paws. No more kenneling for this girl and she deserves it!

Animal Emergency & Referral Center of York
Each unfortunate time I need to visit the emergency clinic reminds me how thankful I am to have their clinic in my hometown. Yes, it's expensive compared to your local community veterinarian, but this is a completely different type of medical care. I've been there with about 4 or 5 cats over the past 15 years, and I have never regretted spending the money. Their services are invaluable. Their staff have always been professional and polite. The medical care has always been top-notch.

    GREEN GLEN EQUINE HOSPITAL LLC
I have always been pleased with Green Glen. Their prices are slightly higher than some other vets in the area, but nothing that has prohibited me from repeatedly using their services. I've been happy with all of the vets that I've had the chance to meet, and the office staff and vet techs have always been very helpful as well.

    GREEN GLEN EQUINE HOSPITAL LLC
I've used Green Glen for my two horses since 2004. I have always been pleased with their services. It's hard to be truly "punctual" as a large animal vet that treats animals that love to find new ways to mutilate themselves. Any time a doc was running late I'd receive a phone call with an update. I've never been unsatisfied with any of their visits. They've had a couple of the same docs for many years and a variety of new ones over the past decade. For the past few years, it seems that I'm familiar with all of their vets, and there isn't one I would be concerned about working on my horse.

    Peaceful Pet Passage
Aside from the obvious morbidity and depressing nature of the task at hand, I couldn't be happier with PPP. In-home euthanasia is definitely more expensive than the same procedure in a vet's office, but it is 110% worth the extra cost. Everyone I've worked with at PPP has been spectacular. Everyone knows what they're doing, and they all know their roles in the well-planned and well-executed process, which makes it as stress-free as possible for the pet parent. They are incredibly professional, compassionate, caring, and patient. The appointments were never rushed, and it seems like they've thought of absolutely everything that would need to be addressed in these situations. I highly, highly recommend this company and their services. Just this past week I had to euthanize one of my cats that I had for her entire life - from while she was in her mama's belly until the moment she passed. I knew Friday was the day, and I dreaded loading her into the car for the ride to the vet (something my cats always hate). Thankfully, we called PPP on a whim that they may have an available appointment, and they were able to come to my house later that day due to a cancellation. What a relief it was to not have to deal with the stress of crating a sick cat and enduring a car ride to the vet's office.

    Peaceful Pet Passage
I will never make the conscious decision to euthanize one of my cats at a vet hospital or clinic again if it's possible to use these services. It is so much more comforting to the cats and to me to not have to endure a car ride to a cold, sterile, unfamiliar, brightly-lit room. (Don't get me wrong, I've had to do this many times and have no complaints other than dreading the ride to the clinic.) Peaceful Pet Passages made a crappy situation as good as it could possibly be. Unfortunately, the need for euthanasia isn't always one that can be planned too far in advance, so scheduling can be a bit tricky. However, both times I've called them have been times I needed their services in the next 1-3 days, and both times we were able to make it work. I found this pretty impressive, especially given the amount of time the doctor and staff spent at my home with my pet and me. Nothing was rushed. Everything was explained up front, and cost and payment was also clearly addressed. I don't remember exactly what I paid for my cat's euthanasia and "semi-private" cremation services/memorial. I remember thinking it cost about twice what I would have expected to pay at my regular vet. In my opinion, their services were 110% the extra cost. I don't find them overpriced at all given the demand for their services, the length of time allowed for the appointment, and the patience, compassion, and professionalism of all of the staff.

    Locust Run Kennels
The staff and facility is great. This was our first time boarding our dog with them, and we'll definitely use them again. The prices were very reasonable, and I think my dog was cared for extremely well during the nine days she was there. There was room for her to go inside and out in her pen. Our dog can be pretty nervous, timid, and defensive around people she doesn't know, but they were experienced with that and calmed her down. They didn't mind when we called to check on her. The hours were so convenient for picking her up and dropping her off.

    Top Knot Grooming
She is the best. She is so good with the dogs. She is excellent with little dogs, big dogs, puppies, older dogs. She was done in a matter of less than 3 hours. She doesn't use the cage dryers and I'm so thankful because my dog is horrified of the vacuum, the sound of a hair dryer. It gets so hot in those and he's past crate training and so much of that so he just doesn't need it.

    TRUDY'S DOG GROOMING INC

We dropped the dogs off at 9 am with our instructions.  Trudy called us at 11:30 am to say they were ready.  They look and smell beautiful.  Neither one of them is scratching which is rare after their grooming session.  My calm, sleeping dogs are a testament to the care that Trudy took to bathe and rinse our dogs.

    We will call her always.

NOTE:  She does not have a computer so you must call if you want to make an appointment.

    Galloping Groomer
I tried to speak with the owner and his daughter about the really bad rash she got from her visit and the issues I had with the poor service; I was informed that a new groomer worked on my pup. I sent photos of the bloody red rash but I was bullied, saying they didn't receive the photos and that they didn't believe me. Their service and customer service were the worst I've ever encountered and I warn everyone NOT to trust your loved ones to this horrible establishment
