    After 3 years, our 2014 Santa Fe Sport has developed a random loss of transmission power which is a potentially dangerous problem i.e. pausing while merging into high speed traffic/entering moving traffic etc. The car was checked and they were not able to isolate the cause of the problem. They didn't charge us but we were sent on our way with no recourse other than to drive a dangerous car and wait for it to breakdown or cause an accident.

    I have a 2011 Suburban with 140k miles that has had some issues over the past year. I was using a small garage in York for the service. I brought it in with some issues I was having and got a VERY high quote. I saw Den's on Angie's List and decided to get a second opinion. They made some assumptions based on my request, and gave me a quote site-unseen. Their quote was significantly less than the original quote. I communicated by phone and email only, dropped my Suburban off after-hours, and picked it up after-hours when it was complete. They saw that some of their assumptions were not correct about my vehicle, but they still honored their original quote. I don't pretend to be an expert about the service, but I can say that my problem was solved, and the suspension feels significantly better (and doesn't make the same noises) after they replaced the parts. The only issue I have is that they are a far drive from my house. I was extremely happy with the communication, the work, and just how easy everything was. I would absolutely recommend Den's, and will call them again if I have any issues with my vehicles.

    They are conveniently located near my house. They get the job done and they have synthetic blend oil as well that they put in. It's not as expensive but lasts a little bit longer than the traditional oil.

    Very well. These were the first guys I ever knew who stopped using regular oil (they didn't even stock it) for oil changes and offered synthetic blend oil for bout the same price. They always do what's best for your car, and your wallet (or purse).

    Took our truck back 3 times because of the transmission not working right, 3rd time they got nasty and said the truck was fixed and we picked it up and the truck broke down on our way home. We weren't about to take it back a 4th time.

    It is not a discount oil change since it is done by the dealer. There is a really nice waiting room with all kinds of snacks and has a big tv. The lounge is very comfortable. I always make an appointment.

    Team One misdiagnosed our issue but fortunately we got a second opinion. Team One said our issue was the brake master cylinder and the brake booster. The estimated repairs were over a thousand dollars. I told my wife to take it to the dealer and the dealer identified the issue as only the brake booster and not the master cylinder. The dealership saved us a lot of money that we would have been out had we let Team One perform the unnecessary work. The owner of Team One hounded me for weeks afterwards attempting to explain the situation and telling me that they wouldn't have done the extra work (even though they said it was necessary). I will never go back. The fee that I paid to have Team One look at the Mazda was extremely educational as it taught me to get a second estimate, especially when you have a bad gut feeling. I have a review on Google Reviews on this as well that the owner has responded to which substantiates this review.

    I haven't been able to drive so we didn't have to hurry and get another one. I did drive a couple of times already, but my doctor doesn't know it. I got online when I got home and tried to look at a few other small trucks like our and they were all higher, with more mileage on them. They gave the carfax on it. There was one thing on the carfax. The guy had been rear ended. It was just like a tap. You could still see a little of the indentation on the bumper. My husband saw it. I didn't, but it's pretty. When I was looking at trucks that were available, next to that one, before we even got there, I put "pretty". We had a mechanic look at it. Most vehicles, it's an "as is" sell.

    Great!!! Couldn't have been better. My car looked practically new and the rain rolls right off. They even polished and buffed out a number of small scratches and scuffs in the paint. What a fine job!! They will soon be relocating a short distance away, but I intend to track them down and have them detail my car at least once every six months. Thanks a lot.

    They found some issues during the inspection so more work needed done. They were done with the work within a few hours. The technicians were nice and polite.

    I would suggest that they add a coffee machine in their waiting area. However, I will continue to use their services.
