    Do not waste your time with this company! Very unprofessional. My refrigerator is in need of service, quick. Samsung sets me up with this company. They cancel the first appointment because their technician was on vacation. Schedule another appointment, only to get a phone call saying if I don't call back in 15 minutes, I lose my spot (appointment). This was at 2:30pm, my appointment was @ 4:30pm. I'm at work! Reasoning for the 4:30 appointment.... Now they reschedule a $2,000 refrigerator for next Thursday. But, aren't at fault if it takes a crap. NO THANKS. I have an appointment with somebody else tomorrow. That's the problem with today's world, NO MORE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! OH, and to top it off, their website says they have 24 hour emergency refrigerator service!!! I then was told, after the owner, Dave ignored me, that "one customer isn't going to hurt us". That's terrible business. This place is a joke, find someone else.

    I wish I would have read these reviews prior to get stuck with this company by my warranty provider. It has been nothing but terrible. They never called to schedule an appointment, I had to call them. When I did they tell me they like to order the part first before coming out. Fine, sounds like they know the problem. Two weeks go by before I hear from them again. I schedule the appointment for my next day off Oct 1st and they give me a five hour window when they will be here. So I wait and get a phone call from the technician three hours in to the five hour window saying he won't be out because they part they have is broken. Funny, why did no one think to check this while it was sitting in their shop for a week waiting for the appointment? So we wait for the new part. I called the warranty company to let them know and they were sure to rush the process to approve the replacement part. When they call they give me the same five hour window with no care that I will be wasting another afternoon waiting for them. As I sit here now past the fourth hour they still have not shown and no phone call. The owner or service manager is rude and lacks basic customer service skills. He speaks down to you. From reading his responses I see he feels those who are getting warranty service are not worth his time. Pretty sure if his technician does not show in the next 45 minutes, his company will no longer be worth my time. He did finally show 30 minutes before five. The service manager told me the driver sets the route. Funny the driver told me they set the route. They also told me they checked the part this time before it arrived and yet somehow the tech had to cut open the box when he got there and told me I had to dispose of the old one. What a crappy operation they are running. UPDATE: Pretty sure the part they replaced did not fix my issue because I just go the same error message and its making noises it had not made before. Considering they did not troubleshooting I am not surprised. I gave a D for professionalism because at least the tech was please, I can't say the same for the officer staff.

    I called 4/23/18 and left a message at 330pm asking for an ideal price to replace for what I believed is a faulty ignitor in my oven. I waited to about 200 pm on 4/24/18 and called back and left another message asking to give me a call back. I even explained that Lowe's even recommend them . After trying twice and it's 3/26/18 with no call back. I would not recommend them

    I am writing to You to let You know how DISSATISFIED I am with the LABOR charge to install a New Part. 1. I called Your Service Center and explained that my Dishwasher needed a new VALVE, because, sometimes it would allow water to run into the dishwasher whether or not the dishwasher is being used. I TOLD YOU THAT UP FRONT. They told me it would cost $99.00 to come out and tell me it needs a New Valve. 2. Your Tech arrived and was very Professional and Courteous. 3. He told me it needed a New Valve ( which I already knew ) that would cost $55.00. Then He also told me that it will cost $151.00 Labor to remove and replace the New Valve. 4. He then removed the old Valve, and installed a New Valve. THE PROBLEM THEN WAS THAT THE NEW VALVE HAS DIFFERENT SIZE CONNECTIONS AND THE SUPPLY LINE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AND THE TECH SAID THAT HE CAN'T DO THAT AND TOLD ME TO CALL A PLUMBER. 5. THE PLUMBER CAME WITHIN 10 MIN. YOUR TECH ASKED THE PLUMBER TO INSTALL A NEW FEED LINE AND THEN PUT THE DISHWASHER BACK TOGETHER. YOUR TECH THEN BILLED ME AND LEFT. MY PLUMBER INSTALLED THE LINE AND FINISHED PUTTING THE UNIT BACK TOGETHER FOR YOUR TECH. 6. MY CHARGE FROM THE PLUMBER TO COME OUT, INSTALL A NEW FEEL LINE WITH PROPER SIZE ENDS TO FIT YOUR REPLACE VALVE, AND THEN REASSEMBLE THE DISHWASHER (which I already was billed $151.00 for) ENDED UP COSTING ME FOR PARTS AND LABOR OF $117.00 MORE. 7. Your total charge to me for Service Order # 43243595 on Feb 2, 2018 = $308.38 8. Stambaugh Plbg/Htng Invoice # 43120 Parts and Labor Feb 2, 2018 = $117.00 9. Total Cost To Me - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - = $425.38 >>>>>>> For A $55.00 Valve <<<<<<< Continued on other side : 10. Your Tech was in and out of here in short order. He quoted me a price which included coming out to my Home, Replacing The Valve (Which I Told YOU It Needed) and reassembly. I am not pleased that a valve was put on that required a Plumber to come out, install, and then put the unit back together. I am dissatisfied about the additional $117.00. I could not recommend Your Service to Friends and Neighbors unless this is made right. You need to get Your ACT together or Your Business will not last. Your Timely Attention to this Situation will be greatly appreciated.     Electric oven needed control board - suspected that after heating element shorted out. Repairmen quickly diagnosed and showed me the problem with the board. Ordered new board. Washing machine was not spinning - was leaking oil from transmission into clutch pack. They were able to get the machine spinning for us temporarily until we got a new machine in. The cost to repair was not worth it - they did NOT pressure us into buying a new machine from them - in fact, I asked, they didn't actually suggest it. We eventually bought a new machine from somewhere else - because we found the machine we wanted somewhere else. Would definitely call Romberger's again - responded the same day - got to my house 2 days after I called, showed up on time, were courteous, professional, answered all of my questions, and explained the problems. Only gave them a 'B' on price - because it was little pricey for the diagnosis - but they knew what they were doing, and did it quickly.

    Vendor was over two hours late with a lousy excuse for his tardiness. Vendor could not repair refrigerator and asked for money to order a part. $240 was paid. Vendor did not follow up about part so another vendor as contacted for the repair. The other vendor only charged $80 for the same part he had and immediately installed, repairing the refrigerator. Appliance Techno was contacted for a refund and a refund was promised. No refund has been received after 6 weeks.

    Tech came out told me I needed a hose. Tech advised it was in stock he could probably get it done Friday. I waited all day Friday and heard nothing. Monday at 11 I called to check status. Was told they sent the tech home sick however no one could bother to call and tell me this. Was told someone would be out Tuesday afternoon. Finally on Tuesday at 3 issue was fixed. Only use if you have unlimited time to wait. I waisted 2 days of my life. Will never use again poorly run.

    The person sent was not too knowledgeable on the LG dryer. He was on the phone with the LG tech line. His conclusion was to clean out the lint vent, which really didn't have too much lint in it. The person sent to us said the company does not clean out vents but if that's what was needed, why not? We paid $90 and cleaned out what lint was in there ourselves and stretched our lint vent and now it works.

    Perfect! Joe was GREAT. We lived out of his service area but he came out anyway for us. He found the problem ordered the parts and came out and fixed it. He is a GREAT guy. Very trustworthy. Nice to talk to also!!! If anything else breaks we will be calling him for sure!
