  Gary and Debbie did an EXCELLENT job installing our new water softener. I was SHOCKED at how reasonable their pricing was compared to Culligan and some of the other larger plumbing companies. It was evident that Gary really knew what he was talking about when it came to equipment choices, installation, and service recommendations (I double-checked everything!) I would HIGHLY recommend getting a quote from them (after getting sticker shock from another plumbing company.)

  They came out a couple of times. They were very good, very professional and very much on time. They came when they said they would come. The guy did a really good work and cleans up after himself. He explains what he's going to do. That's not the first time I've used him. I've used him for the water filters. They're closeby and responsive. I would use him again. The first time the guy came out, we weren't sure if there was a water tank that was bad. We thought we might be able to get away. He tried to save me a few bucks. It worked for several months. I knew the tank was over. Unfortunately, the tank started to leak, it wasn't leaking then. I've seen a couple of different people.

  The main issue we had was not with the work performed or competence of the plumber, but the gray area in which we were billed. The dispatch operator that took our original call didn't disclose to us that the emergency rate would start on the plumber's commute from his last service call to our location. We think that this is a very important omission, since Regal's coverage area is fairly broad and could have a big impact on when the clock actually starts for the customer for an emergency call.
  The biggest insult upon receiving the invoice from Regal several days later in the mail, was that it was made out to my dead aunt, as well as listing her disconnected phone number as the contact information.  I made the service call with my active phone number, but the bill we received was for someone that no longer lived in the house or was even alive. 
  Upon making Regal aware of these billing discrepancies, we had them reissue us an amended invoice to accurately reflect me as the invoicee and the time we knew the plumber was at our home conducting the work. Due to these missteps, we would not in good conscience use or recommend Regal in the future, given these blatant oversights.

  They do plumbing and HVAC services.  They take care of our furnace and they are pretty good.  They didn't charge us because that was part of our service agreement.  We've been rolled in the service plan with them, its only $15 a month and anytime they need to come out for anything it's provided but not in extraordinary circumstances.  There is no fee for routine maintenance, cleaning and things like that because its maintenance.  They are excellent.  I've even recommended them.

  I would never use them.  They are just outrageous.  If there was something that one could get it done for $100, they wanted to charge $800.  They came here 5 minutes later than their regular hours and even though I called them during the regular hours; they charged me the after hours price, which was $50.  It was not my fault because I called them in the morning.  I tried to talk to them, but they didn't bother.  They would have waived $50, if I had let them do the work for $800.  They wanted to charge me for everything.  I would tell others not to call them.  The guy who came out was nice.

  We use R R Kling for everything HVAC and Plumbing. In February we noticed that we weren't getting anymore hot water with our showers and washing out dishes. My husband called R R Kling and they came out that day and installed our new water heater that day. We've always had great, fast, quality service from R R Klings and will continue to call on them when we need them

  Faucet replacement and line repair was adequate and with quality fixtures, but technician installed the water lines backwards, jammed one of the shutoff valves in the open position and left it that way and informed me that repair of the kitchen sink required replacement of the countertop, which I subsequently learned was not true.
