AWHITE GLOVE EXTERIORSJohn and I have know each other a long time and when I had storm damage on my home I thought of him. I know some are caution of hiring friends to do projects but John kept things very professional and honest through the process. He met my insurance adjuster to make sure he could explain what the adjuster was seeing back to me in plan english so I could make the best possible decision. There was no pressure to hire his company and encouraged me to get other quotes and make sure I felt comfortable from start to finish. I signed the contract and within two days he had the days the work was going to start and when it should be finished and his employees finished the roof within the scope of time he said it would. My property was left spotless and even living on a sight cul-de-sac his team of employees worked with my neighbors to make sure everyone had somewhere to park and kept things out of the road as much as possible. APatriot Home Pros LLCPatriot Home Pros LLC did an outstanding job. I have a gigantic roof that was damaged during a storm. Call them up and they immediately came and installed a temporary tarp. Scheduled the work, they showed up on time worked all day. Took a day and a half to do main roof and porch roof. When finished they cleaned everything up and picked up all the nails. ANortheast Roofing SpecialistsI called Dyllon because I was having an issue with a leaky second-floor roof. I scheduled an appointment and he showed up on time. I thought his inspection of my roof was extremely thorough. To my surprise, he thought the roof looked ok but there were a few spots on the roof and side of the house where water may be getting in. He used a sealant (free of charge!) in those places and told me to see if that works. So far so good. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to use Northeast Roofing Specialists in the future. I'm a third generation contractor. I've lived throughout Monroe, Northampton and Carbon counties my entire life and know the areas very very well. I take great pride in my work and want nothing more than to satisfy each and every customer I come in contact with.

FI requested and paid in full for the bead board installation. He requestred I pay in full so that he could order the materials and pay his workers. After one full month, I called him and he did not respond. He text several hours later to say"he does not respond to phone calls and that I was in a rush to complete the job." Six weeks later, he has not returned. I contacted my credit card company and we are in dispute currently. One of the gutters he installed was not done to my satisfaction as it need to be improved and trim/turned, he promised to return. I hired him on November 4, 2020.

FI can't evaluate the workers' roofing skills because no one showed up for any of the three times I scheduled an appointment for an estimate. The first two times, they said they were having a problem with their scheduling system which led them to believe that they were supposed to arrive at times other than my scheduled appointments. I requested that they fix the scheduling system before setting the third appointment but still the person did not arrive. He also did not respond to several texts or calls.
