On time reasonable quote. Came when scheduled. Performed work in a professional manner. Explained system operation and set everything up. Have used in the past and will use in the future. Great company with good knowledgeable employees.

Tracy took forever to do the job (2 furnaces and 2 AC units). He didn't do it right (piping too small, despite warnings about this from the gas company). It seemed he wasn't going to bother with the inspection and permit until we pressured him about it, despite us explicitly requesting it and it being in the contract. A year after install, one of our furnaces still doesn't work. He made us pick up and pay for the permit (which we had already paid him for directly - we had to do this or risk additional penalties from the township for it never being picked up). Once you're his customer and he's scammed you, he does not answer his phone and ignores texts and emails. I've given him the benefit of the doubt thus far, but am going to bite the bullet and pay another contractor to finish the job and fix his work so we can move on. He has lied on several occasions giving specific times he would come to do the work, and then simply doesn't show up. I won't get into further detail regarding the shoddy work he does (like slamming through a cement wall with a hammer and chisel instead of renting a cement saw, then doing a horrifying patch job - see attached), but trust me that hiring Martin Mechanical is only asking for sub-par work, lots of corner cutting, and a whole lot of stress and headaches trying to deal with him.

West came out and diagnosed my furnace to have a faulty thermal copple. Replacement in van didn't fit so he had to grab parts. Returned in 1 hour, had my furnace fixed in 2. Overall a very professional experience.

I used them last year for a new A/C & heating system at my office. It was a pleasure to deal with a company that does what they say they will do. Very professional. I then had them repair my water boiler at home. Watched their tech perform the service. He ripped it much farther down than my previous company. Unclogged some lines & replaced the water valve. He explained what and why he was doing what he was. Works great now. Then I had them install two - three zone ductless systems in apartments that I own. Their price was MUCH better than some of the others I got. They did a great job. Always kept me informed and made sure I was happy with their work. They are now my go to HVAC company. They will be coming back in spring to do some repairs on my central air system. Fair price. Quality work and they do what they say they will and more. A real pleasure to work with.

I didn't cost us anything because he told us what to do. Our air conditioner wasn't working and he told us to switch the panel off and on, we did and it worked. That was one of my students in first grade.

Responsiveness to my request was very timely. Dave came to my home within a couple of days to discuss my concerns regarding our heating and cooling system. I received a quote the next day which I approved and our new system was installed the next week. The guys did a great job! Work was completed on schedule and the new system could not look or perform better. I'm a warranty and service professional for national manufacturers in a different field and I can tell you that these folks hit all the markers for doing the job right. I highly recommend them for your heating and air conditioning needs.

I contacted Burkholder”s for an estimate and David Wieder showed up as scheduled. He gave me all the details as to what they were going to accomplish if they were given the job. We decided to contract with Burkholder’s to replace out 55-year-old boiler and hot water heater. The men showed up installed everything the first day and removed the old boiler the next. They left the house clean and warm. Thank you Gentlemen.

During the hottest week of the summer, our A/C fan decided to quit. I called 3 different companies and Werley responded back first. A technician came out to our house and told us the fan motor was done for. Luckily we still had a valid warranty for the system. We were told if we wanted to use the warranty they would need to order the part from the company and it would take 3-5 days HOWEVER the warranty would cover parts and labor. So myself and my 4 kids suffered through the week of 95 degree days until the part came in. Another technician came out and replaced the fan. He also told us that our freon was too low so we had him put more in. The bill he handed me, that I signed, stated $218.00 for the 1.5 lbs of freon and nothing else. I was told I would be billed for the amount later, which I found odd. Low and behold a month later I get a bill for the $218.00 plus an additional $15.00 for the shipping of the part. I sent payment to Werley. Then I receive ANOTHER bill for $99.00 for a diagnostic visit even after I was told all labor was covered. We called the office to explain that this was not included on the original bill and not the amount we agreed to pay. They refuse to see reason. There is nothing to stop them from continuing to bill us for services after the fact. Good businesses stand by word. Werley does not.

At the beginning of May I called several companies to obtain competitive quotations for a new furnace and air conditioning condenser. John Kane responded with promptness and professionalism.  He provided a quotation soon after the visit and followed up several times in response to my questions and to see if I needed any additional information to evaluate the quotes. Based on overall price and customer service, I selected Meisner?s.

On the day of the install, Tony and Jason arrived about 15 minutes earlier than expected to start the installation. They were both polite and professional. From what I can tell all went smooth. Every couple of hours I came to the work area, asked a few questions and left them to continue their work. The estimator, John Kane even stopped by for a few minutes to view the progress of the job and ask if I had any concerns and/or comments.

The install was quoted to take 12 hours, however, Tony and Jason finished about 3-4 hours early. They walked me through the operation of the new thermostat and cleaned up before they left.

The unit has been operating as it should since June 4, 2015. We were pleased with Meisner?s service.  We recommend them and will consider them again in the future.

Don Petko came to my home & confirmed the size of Heat Pump required to cool & heat the house. He then gave me a written estimated cost. I told him I would think about it & after a few days called and confirmed that I would like them to replace the system. They then came & took measurements of the air handler & we scheduled installation. They came to my home on the scheduled date & time & removed & replaced the unit. The installers were very professional and after the installation they explained all aspects of the system & new wireless thermostat. I was very satisfied with the work performed.
