  Kenny responded quickly to my phone call and came shortly after to meet with use to give us a quote for the work. Kenny gave us a fair price for the extensive project. Kenny made great suggestions and ideas for the bathroom remodel. We are very happy with the finished bathroom and would highly recommend Kenny to others and would have him do other projects again.

  As a woman, I was excited about the prospect of working with a female contractor. However, I was extremely disappointed with Kerry's unprofessional manner. I didn't have any work done by her (thank goodness), but in the short time that I was in contact with her, she bailed on me twice and then became exceptionally rude via text. FIRST, she told me to call her between 2 and 6PM to discuss the project. I cleared my afternoon calendar and told her I'd call around 3:30. At 3:15, she told me not to call because her children's bus comes at 3:30 and then she's "off and running." So much for being available between 2 and 6. We then set up an appointment via text for her to come to my house for an estimate. SECOND, the day of the appointment arrives and she texts me less than two hours before she was supposed to arrive that she has a "girl scout emergency" and can't make it. She did ask if she could come much later that day, but I already had plans. THIRD, she randomly texts me after 9PM last night (Sunday) and asks, "Would you like me to come on Friday or later Tuesday?" I respond, "We've decided to go with someone else. Thanks anyway." Her response? "No problem. So glad I didn't waste my time." Seriously? You may not have wasted your time, Kerry, but you certainly wasted mine. (Photo of text attached) She has kids, I get it. I'm a full-time working mom too. But if you're going to run a business, you need to be able to keep your personal and professional lives separate. Also, she needs to work on her customer service skills. They're really lacking, to say the least.

  Upon contacting Geoff, he came right over to my house and provided me with an estimate on the job. He and his worker came over the exact date and time he was scheduled to come over and installed the new carpet. He was very informative and nice and did a great job. Carpet looks great and it was priced very reasonably. He let me pick out style and color and he installed it. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Geoff again for another project.

  The final product was perfect! The project took only 2 and a half days! We purchased all the materials (tiles, granite) and they charged $4,500 for the labor. No problems with them at all! This company deserve two thumbs up!

  Very Professional mannerism with the initial visit, Bob the owner came the following day to perform the estimate pricing on work that was needed to be done. Decided to go with this company after reading all the good reviews they received, but was skeptical with not being home when work was being done. But was re-assured by the owner that their guys have done countless installs at customers homes by themselves with no problems.The project started on monday 4-15-13 and was completed by Wednesday 4-18-13. So basically they took 3.5 days to complete the work and it came out very nice, I have already received compliments on our entry way on how nice it looks. Matt and Garrison were the service guys that came out to do the work and they were both very professional and paid attention to details.   During the days that work was being done,  cleanup was done daily and
   items stored neatly out of the way, job was done in a timely manner.
  Estimate give was accurate and a resonable price.
