  • The jeep is like fifteen years old and things like that start wearing out. Their service is pretty good. I have been using them for about 5 years. The company that I bought the jeep from closed down 5 years ago and I had to find a new place.

  • With everything that they needed to do including an oil change but especially they had to replace the shocks, it cost $2700. The Jeep is 13 years old so it starts wearing out. Overall, they are pretty good. I have been using them for about 5 years now because the company where I bought the Jeep from was down about 5 years ago.

  • They're always very good. Excellent, They do a great job. When I go for oil change, I deal with one guy all the time and when I go in for a major thing or inspection, there's another guy I dealt with for 10 years. They're very prompt.

  • My wife and I took test drive with this dealership.  I should have known when the fast talking salesman said that there was someone else looking at the car.  Took the test drive and we sat down.  He kept saying you need to tell me you are taking the car today.  I said I needed an idea of what they would give me for my trade.   I have an older car and I just wanted an idea what they would give for a trade or if I should sell it myself.  He said that he would not waste the time of his service manager if I did not commit to buying the car.  I said I cannot commit to buying the car unless I get an estimate of the trade.  He then asked what are you expecting - I said 3 to 4 - he said hundred???  (the Blue Book value is 2500-4000) - an obvious ploy to insult me into buying.


    He then went into the old monthly payment routine -  you know - showing me the difference in payments for the 2500 - 3000 I was looking for in a trade.  I believe he called it 'chump change'.   I mentioned blue book and he said they never use those amounts.  Finally he said what are you expecting - I said 4K - he showed me the door.


    What I should done is ask for his manager, and I still plan on contacting him. This place is billed as a no haggle - no hassle dealership.  I haven't been greased like this since the 1970's!!!  It has been my experience that pushers like this have a lot more to hide.  Be careful and if you get the salesman I had, ask for the manager.  Better yet stay clear of this place and find a dealer that doesn't lie about their great customer service.

  • Excellent job! Very pleased with their service and their work. I had a hitch that I needed installed on my new vehicle. I took it to them because of their familiarity with my type of car. Kenny was very helpful. Pretty easy to schedule an appointment were I could wait for my vehicle. They told me it would take about 60-90 minutes and I think I was in and out of there in about forty-five. He also had quoted me about $100 to install the hitch, but only charged me $75. Very pleasant experience from start to finish. Would definitely use them again!

  • the last time I was with them was about a month ago. They're punctual and they provide good service. They are good repair and maintenance people, unfortunately their repairs are a bit expensive. So the fix costed me about $800.

  • Initially the car was taken to the provider for a check engine problem and occasional overheating.  The provider supposedly diagnosed the problem and advised to have the valve cover gasket set removed and replaced along with the CAM position sensor, the VTEC solenoid valve and the radiator cap.  The total cost for this was $692.77 and the work was done on 4/26/2013.  Problems with the engine overheating continued and the car was taken back to the provider on 4/30/2013 and I was advised that the problem was now caused by the thermostat and gasket.  These were both replaced on this date at a cost of $67.99.  The car continued to demonstrate symptoms of overheating and was taken back to the garage on 6/7/2013 with the resulting diagnosis (direct from the service invoice) - "Overheating-added coolant-3/4 of a gallon; it was never empty; overheats doesn't change under stopping or going but will randomly drop for a short period of time; customer states he doesn't think the fan stays on long enough; radiator neck is melted, needs radiator replaced; possible cooling system problem unrelated to radiator; replaced radiator, bled cooling system, cooling fan operates normally, temp does not go out of normal range."  Cost for this repair was $329.99. Now with nearly $1200 invested, the overheating problem continued and when I took the car back to the garage, they diagnosed the problem as a potential head gasket problem which would require removal of the head gasket and potential repair costing in excess of $1000.  All of this on an engine and radiator that had just been replaced in January 2013 (less than 6 months earlier).  At that point, I said no thanks and that I was not interested in having "experimental diagnoses and repairs" done on the car.  Obviously, the diagnostic process was severely lacking and the result was a lot of unnecessary expense.

  • Excellent service. I was provided with a loaner car during the service appointment. When I picked up my car, there was a problem with the check engine light that was not present when I took the car in. I took the car back to the service location and was immediately provided with a loaner car to use while they investigated and fixed the problem.

  • Both of our vehicles went in for a state inspection and emissions test. The appointments were scheduled back to back. They were extremely prompt and quick. They honored both coupons that we had. Employees were very professional and courteous and went out of their way to make sure our experience was a good one.
