  Wonderful experience for our family. In fact, we feel like Pittsburgh Pet Concierge is our fur baby’s second family! Bob and his staff are professional at all times. It is evident that they love what they do, and they LOVE animals! Our dog looks forward to vacationing at PPC. He wags his tail when we mention Bob, Stacy or Alyssa’s names. And mom and dad feel confident and relaxed when Conan is at PPC!! They are very responsive to our baby’s needs, and to any questions that we may have. They send a journal each day which includes photos. They are on site 24 hours a day! We feel very blessed to have found them!!! we don’t take him anywhere else!!!

  Pittsburgh Paws Pet Resort

  My Bichon and Lab just spent 13 days at the resort. This is the longest I have been away from my pets. I was a bit worried about the length of time as well as their interactions with other dogs and people. Well they came home happier, peppier, and looking better than I've ever seen them. They were not stressed or depressed at all! Maybe they'll open a resort for people! My Bichon also suffers from Diabetes and takes medicine daily, yet he had zero issues while staying at the resort. So relieved and happy about their stay. The staff at Pittsburgh Pet Concierge are wonderful. I plan on taking them back in just a few days to start the daycare program. I can't say enough on how wonderful the staff and facility is!!! Each employee there goes over and beyond taking care of each animal that comes through the doors. If I ever have to leave them again for longer than a day I know my pets will be given plenty of attention and have the best time, which makes me such a happy owner. If you are thinking of taking your pet here, do it, you won't regret it! 5-Stars for Bob and all the staff at Pittsburgh Pet Concierge pet resort!

  Petco - Butler

  Went back to petco with my dog. My husband usually takes him. Appointment at 830. Arrived at 836 and no lights and door locked. Forgot my cell phone. The door signs state that store opens at 900. Thought I was early. Went to McDonald’s for a drink. Sat in parking lot from 845 to 902 when saw someone at the door. Took my fog in. Girl sitting at desk and asked me where I was. Explained that door said opens at 900 and she said I should have called. Explained I forgot my cell phone. She then asked for his rabbie shot papers were. I told her that he had a tag on his collar and I rrquyto use her phone to call my husband to bring his papers. She wouldn’t let me use the phone and refused to do the grooming. My husband said they have a record there from the last groom. Called the store when I got home. I was very upset. They stated the groomers make their own hours and can refuse service. I explained that their door should be correct. If the groomer make their own time then it needs to be on the door. Been there several times since our dog is now 5 years old. Well I have to right to refuse to ever go back. Showed no kindness or empathy to the customer

  I've been taking our pets to Healthy Pet Grooming for several years. They always do a fantastic job. My medium-to-long haired dog always comes out looking fantastic. The staff is accommodating with my dog and her needs.

  COUNTRY CRITTERS MOBILE PET GROOMING

  This groomer came recommended by my veterinarian so I felt confident in the professionalism of the groomer. I was so wrong. My 10 pound Havanese came out of Cindy’s mobile grooming van shaved raw on her hind end, ears that are red raw from hair removal, face that is shaved so close to her eyes that they are red and nails clipped so close they had to have bled when she clipped them. Not only does my dog look horrible, I feel horrible for the traumatic grooming experience that she endured in this van. This was by far the worst grooming ever!

  We were dissatisfied with our experiences with various groomers in the Pittsburgh area - then we discovered Claws and Paws! Marcelo grooms our standard schnauzer to look like her show dog parents! We have always been pleased with his work, his kind treatment of Maggie, and the conditions of his shop. Maggie loves him! Marcelo exemplifies a professional groomer who knows how to please his customers. We highly recommend him.

  Pawsitively Purrfect Mobile Pet Spa

  It went wonderful. Kim called before she was arriving. It is so nice not having my dog upset leaving to get her hair cut. I have already set up a schedule with them to have her groomed on a regular basis. It cost more than other grooming places but it was worth it not having my dog upset.i would highly recommend them.

  PRECIOUS PAWS PET SALON

  We used to take our dogs to the Dormont location but decided to travel to Bridgeville so that we wouldn't lose the amazing service. Neither of my dogs are what you would call easy. The one is a neurotic terrier who acts like you're killing him with a hair dryer or nail clipping. The other is a pittie mix who is afraid of everyone and rather defensive. They always come home beautiful and not traumatized in the least. I highly recommend Precious Paws!
