    We are very pleased with him. My husband and I have been using him for a couple of years. We are very happy with him. When I first moved to North Carolina I went to other doctors. He always spends the time that I need to talk to him. Every time I see him, he remembers what happened the time before. I think it's because he reviews the document before I see him. He asks how I feel and if I need a specialist, he can always find a specialist real quick. He will give me a knowledge sheet of what to do about an issue, like gas. It's like notes that I can read. If I have this problem, try to eat something else. He cares about me and wants me to be healthy. He doesn't rush out and try to tell me whatever he thinks will be good for me. If I have a problem, he will take care of that too. He is very good. For many years he has been top-notch. He explains things and gives us stuff to read. He is better than some people that we have seen and that's why we stayed with him for a long time. For physicals and stuff like that he is available. If I need him right away, he may not be available. Their group will have someone available. I think that's reasonable.

    I saw Bridget Joreitz, CRNP. The appointment was pretty standard. I like to choose appointments as early as possible so I can get in and out. I had the first appointment and I was in right on time and out in a matter of 1/2 hour. It was not rushed. She made sure to ask me if I had any questions about anything and answered all the questions I had. Bridget is very nice. She tries to lighten the mood a bit, especially because these appointments are not always the most fun. I will be returning this year to see Bridget again.
    I gave them a B on and quot;Availabilityand quot; because you must call at least a month in advance to get the appointment you want.

    The front desk part is very slow, very inefficient and not very friendly. Once you are past that, all is good. Unfortunately, Dr. Molter is often 30 to 45 minutes behind schedule but he spends time with you, doesn't stare at a computer screen throughout the visit, and is just a kind and caring doctor. He has been my doctor for 20 years and I will stay with him forever....even if his front desk staff person is horrible. I like the nursing staff, and as a long-time use of the practice, I would recommend any of the physicians or nurse practitioners. The McCandless building is centrally located and has many of the necessary services.

    Very convenient Children's hosptial for those who live in the North Hills. Only a few miles from out house, which is a huge plus. We had a referal for an x-ray for my youngest son (4 yrs) to see that status of his constipation problems. The admin at the desk was very nice and amused my son and we were back in a room within 5 mins. There is plenty to entertain kids in the waiting area. The Technician was very good with my son and did a few silly things just to explain what was going to happen and make sure everyone was comfortable. procedure only took a few minutes and they let me son some in to see the xray. She explained all his parts we could see and pointed out how constipated he was. They got the xray back to the pediatrician who followed up with us the following morning.

    I saw Dr. Gulati. I felt that she was timely and nice. However, I feel that she could have been more thorough in her questions to help find a diagnosis. The treatment she recommended did not help and I feel was just treating the symptom rather than treating the problem.

    The only negative I have is that time it takes to see Dr. Schindler. I had to schedule an appot a month from when I called. I was seen by his fellow who took a good amount of time listening and doing intake. He was very friendly and took enough time to explain things to me clearly. Dr. Schinlder then came in and listened to my concerns. He was very open and made me feel at ease. He provided me with the various forms of treatment for the diagnosis. He was also very recpetive with my concerns about taking medication long-term for my condition (which is benign). I felt very supported by him. He also ordered an echocardiogram to rule out other issues. His fellow was also quick to follow up with me by phone about some questions I had about the echo results after they had been delivered to me.

    Experience was much better than expected. Office and clinical environment is very organized and clean. Schedule ran very close to on-time, and as advised. Staff comforting and throughly explained entire process and procedure. Would highly recomment.

    Excellent, the hospital stay was fine, the rehab went as Dr.Burke described. every thing has been fine as my knee replacement gets better as time rolls on. the staff has been wonderful, insurance bills were well handled and paid. The overall attitude is highly professional. I will return to Dr.Burke for shoulder surgery in the future.

    He is very personable, he takes his time and does not rush, he always has follow ups, I have been using doctors for years and he is the better one. I started with him 20 to 30 years ago, he was a practicing physician when I started with him. He gives you plenty of time to talk to him.

    The office is pleasant, conveniently located for me and has appointments when I need them. I was able to get an appointment quickly. I had to return for another issue in February. I like Dr. Hahn. She takes the time to explain the issue and your options. She is easy to talk to. i highly recommend her and this practice.
