AEmergency Door ServicesYesterday in the late afternoon, I filled out a form on this company’s website, and this morning, they called me back to set up an appointment for 1-2 PM. The technician showed up closer to 4 PM, but he did call to tell me when he was 15 minutes away. The technician reattached wires on my sensor, and he used WD-40 to lubricate both garage doors. Both employees, on the phone and in person, were polite. I feel happy that my garage door works again.- Tiffany Y.

ADunn Garage Doors IncI first worked with Dunn Garage Doors in the spring of 2020 when a wire of some sort broke on my garage. They came out, said it would be a quick repair, and fixed it. I told them I would be looking for a new door shortly. My old door was poorly installed, drafty, beginning to rot, etc. I got quotes from a few competitors, but decided to go with Dunn based on reviews and my previous interaction. My door was installed in October, and, wow! The installers were polite, efficient, cleaned up nicely, and the new door looks great! There was a small gap where concrete along the edge of the garage floor had chipped/worn away (long before they arrived), and they gave me a suggestion on how to easily correct that to ensure there was no draft. I’m a numbers girl, and the difference int heating bill is crazy! I’ve been keeping my house five degrees warmer this year, and even with a lower average daily temp, I’m using LESS gas than last year. I am greatly pleased, and recommend Dunn to anyone needing a new garage door or repairs.- Kathleen K.

Justin came to our house to go over the options as per our need. No pressure. A few days later he and a fellow worker came and about 8 or 9 hours later they had the old stuff down, the new up and the area cleaned of debris. Justin then demonstrated the new door for us. The crew arrived on time and finished the job quickly. They were very friendly and did a great job adjusting the door, spring and chain on the garage. It sounds like new. DSad to say, but it seems like it’s amateur hour at this company currently. I am a repeat customer and have been very pleased with them in the past, however my recent attempt at working with Jelly’s couldn’t of been more unfulfilling. It wasn’t their actual labor, I’m sure that is still fine...it was the scheduling part of it that was so frustrating. After being told 4 different times over a span of 3 weeks that somebody would be servicing my home...nobody ever showed up. I was also asked to text with the scheduler and the response time was also very subpar as sometimes it took multiple days to hear something back. Due to this, I have taken my business elsewhere.

AThe service went very well. The only complaint I have is that the service person did not wear a mask. It is my hope that maybe he had some medical issue as to why he did not wear a mask. I am a health professional and so when someone in a business does not wear a mask, it makes me wonder why they are not following CDC guidelines. Granted the garage is outside and I wore my mask to protect him just wondering why he did not wear one. Otherwise, the service went very well and I would use them again.

ABob did an excellent job on both our master bathroom remodel and finishing our unfinished basement. This was the second major renovation Bob did for us and we won't hesitate to call him again for any future projects. Our new master bathroom shower is fantastic! He worked with the designer at ProSource in Cranberry to help us select the perfect tile. The demolition of our old fiberglass shower and walls was done quickly and as cleanly as we could have imagined. He worked through some construction issues quickly and kept us informed throughout the project. He's an honest, dependable, and skillful craftsman. He stayed within budget and persisted with our projects from start to finish without delays or interruptions. Bob gets our HIGHEST recommendation!
