AJ Francis Company LLCJ. Francis did a mudroom addition and deck for us, and the quality of the work and materials was great. The crew was professional and polite, and adapted easily and quickly to some unanticipated issues discovered and some requested adjustments from us. They also had strong safety measures in place so that the project could be done amidst the Covid pandemic. The project management team was also very communicative, so we knew what had been completed, when issues arose, and what was planned to be done in the coming week. While the overall project cost ended up higher than expected, due in part to additional work we requested along the way, the work quality and the materials are top of the line so are worth the added cost.- SUSAN H.

Patty is very professional in handling the calls to schedule appointments and answered all of my questions. Gary was very direct and honest when he looked at the problems and recommended repairs. We also appreciate that he recommended that we hire a structural engineer for some problems with the house. We had 2 contracts that were completed by Joe and his team. They did a great job sealing some significant cracks in the garage floor and then sealing the entire garage floor. It looks like new. ADrum Excavation & DemoDrum removed the old side walks around my house prepped and poured new. I also had them excavate, prep and pour a new pad for a 16x24 foot garage. I couldn't be happier. The side walks and garage pad were prepped and formed the same day and concrete poured the next. Shawn the machine operator took time to explain the process as did Angie. They showed up when promised and finished when they promised. The price was less than all my other bids. When they left everything was cleaned up nice and neat. They even fixed the tire marks from the cement truck in my yard and swept my driveway. I will definitely use them in the future for my front and back patios. A+++.- dan d.

ASo pleased with the beautiful work Morelli did on our driveway and patio. Contacted three contractors for quotes and Morelli was the only one that showed up. Not only did they show up, but they were reasonably priced and they did everything they said they were going to do. The crew worked so hard and very meticulously and it shows in the work they did for us. We have had many compliments from neighbors and people passing by remarking on how amazing our driveway looks. AThey did an excellent job on both the steps and the wall. This job was done on a rental property that I own and they came out and removed the old steps and wall and replaced will all new concrete. The steps were done to my request and even included a side wall. My tenants are thrilled with their new steps and wall. all my tenants and neighbors have told me what a nice job that they did on them. Professional company that really helped me out by fitting me into their schedule during the busiest time of the year. I will definitely call them on my next project.

AAlthough there was a month or more delay from the initial estimated start date, once they began work, the job was completed in a timely manner. Considering that I paid more for this project than other estimates I received, I do feel it was worth the additional cost. The workmanship and attention to detail was excellent - thicker concrete and more expansion joints than others I've observed, and a willingness and responsiveness by the owner and team to address any concerns and questions I had to insure I felt good about the end result. Additionally, a curing agent and a sealer were used to complete the job that no other contractor mentioned in their estimates or in neighborhood jobs I've observed. The owner showed much concern for the quality of workmanship his team produced and was on site a lot of the time. I usually do not feel comfortable paying a higher cost for work, but felt it was worth it for this project. One note - a topical sealer was used for the curing and sealing and, with a sloped driveway and brushed finish, the driveway can be slippery in wet and snowy conditions. I am hopeful that next year a pressure wash and applying a penetrating sealer will remedy this situation. Still, I prefer the curing and sealing to preserve the concrete to water curing or doing nothing at all.
