AA+ PLUS CONCRETE & FOUNDATION REPAIRThe crew was on time each day. They were professional and easy to work with. They patched and painted the deck and ceiling of my garage to stop the leaking into my workshop.The job came out real good. They had to move the furniture off my deck and some woodworking equipment from my workshop all went well. The real test for this repair will be when it rains later this week and there is no more leak. I would recommend A + for your future projects.- Joe S.

Harry educated me on the process and his skilled team installed an interior french drain in my basement and reinforced my basement walls with carbon fiber straps. I now feel confident that I can finish it. Harry's team went above and beyond with the clean up and also took it upon themselves to repair some other masonry damage around my front steps at no charge. ABaker's WaterproofingIt went great! Rick Rupp and Luke P came to do the work on 11/11/20 and were punctual in their arrival. Rick was clearly the senior person of the two and did most of the technical work. Rick was super knowledgeable, a great communicator, and an extremely hard worker. Both guys were very professional, easy to get along with, and tolerant of my numerous dumb questions. (I'm a CPA by background, so this stuff doesn't come naturally!) They first installed a plastic curtain across the back of the garage to contain the concrete dust while they jackhammered out the concrete along the back wall. After installing the sub-floor drainage system and routing it into an existing sump pump in our main garage (which had been previously installed by Bakers back in 2009), Rick did a very neat and thorough job of installing their CleanSpace wall system (to ensure that any future moisture is properly routed to the new drainage system) and then troweling the new concrete surface. As had been agreed with our salesperson, Justin Lowden (another good and professional guy), they also redirected our furnace drainage into their new system. Their entire work area was cleaned, and they ensured my acceptance of all installation and clean-up work before they left. I honestly couldn't have been more impressed with the customer satisfaction focus of both Rick and Luke! They worked well together and there were no issues. If you have the need for these kinds of services, I would very strongly recommend Bakers Waterproofing. I would definitely hire them again, but certainly hope I don't have to!!- Craig S.

FUnfortunately, what started as a very positive experience has turned into a very negative experience. Keystone Basement Systems did not correctly diagnose the source of the pooling water in my basement. A drainage and pump system was installed, only to find that the real issue was a pinhole leak in one of my pipes.

APark Plumbing goes above and beyond expectations. In the dead of winter, my boiler heater stopped working. I was recommended to Mr. Brenan and he, himself, came out on a weekend to fix the heater. He was a gentleman, a professional and an expert at fixing heaters. He also taught me a lot about how to maintain the heater and I was deeply grateful for all that he did. I've had him and his employees back to service my boiler and have full trust in their knowledge and skills. His fees are reasonable and he will not leave a job until the problem is fixed and the customer is completely satisfied. I'll be calling him this week to do another job for me.
