Paul's crew (Darryl and Ray) called on their way and arrived on time. Four hours later the work was completed, and the work area nicely cleaned.

    Scheduling was very easy. I called them up early in the week and they were able to get me on the schedule before the end of that week.     3-D Window Cleaning & Maintenance
    Arrived on time'; used blower to get rid of current leaves; hooked up hose; sprayed and brushed until all complete. I had about 3 inches of moss in over half of of the gutter. Note that the 3D person I originally talked to gave me an estimate over the phone. He looked at the house using Google Earth(I believe) as he knew where I lived and what the joblooked like. Very innovative.

    Tony was great! We reached out to him to have our roof checked out along with our gutters and he let us know that he is a few weeks out. However, he was able to stop by much earlier than we had expected, which we are so thankful for! He took a look at our roof and gave us his opinion (we will get work done later) and then took a look at our gutters which he confirmed definitely needed a cleaning! He ended up coming back the next day before this weeks rain and clean out our gutters (much needed!!) and he even repaired a few nails that had popped up on our shingles. He answered all of our questions and was very honest. We will definitely have him out next year again!

    The cleaned the gutters, but threw the debris around the yard and on the porch roof.  The failed to clean the downspouts, a fact not discovered until the first heavy summer rain in late August (after a rainy June, we had little to no rain in July and August).  I used this same company last year, and paid $69.00.  They did a much better job last year for less cost.

    Gutter Helmet by Harry Helmet��

    I called Harry Helmet to schedule an in home appointment after seeing them at numerous shows.  I would have preferred to just have someone give me an estimate without having to schedule an afternoon in my home with a sale representative.  On May 16, 2014, Tim O?Brien arrived on time with all of his presentation materials.  He showed me a couple of different leaf protect systems and provided me with estimates for my entire house (approx. 51 ft.) and also only the second story back gutters.  He included all coupons and discounts.  He was a typical sales representative, but he wasn't overly "high presser sales".  He explained that service under $1000 would not be eligible for financing.  I completed a financing (Wells Fargo credit card) application.  I scheduled a tentative day to have the work completed, pending the approval of my credit application.

    I received my new Wells Fargo credit card in the mail within a few days.  However, Harry Helmet did NOT call me to tell me I was approved or to confirm my appointment.  On June 2, 2014, I called them to confirm my appointment for June 13, 2014.  The first female that I spoke to seemed confused by my call and my exact scheduled service date.  I had requested a specific date when I knew I would be home.  There is even a spot on the application with the option that ?Customer to Be Present During Installation?.  She transferred me to another female (Dotty) that was able to confirm my installation date.  However, when I asked her about the specific window of time, she seemed UNWILLING to commit to a time frame.  She indicated that it depending on what other work was scheduled that day, materials needed, and traffic.  When I questioned it, she finally agreed to put me on the scheduled for first thing that morning.  However, she was still reluctant to give me a specific time due to possible ?traffic?. 

    Harry Helmet called me the day before to remind me of my appointment.  In the message, they stated that if I was not home they would complete the service and leave paperwork on my door.  I called them back to confirm that they would NOT do the work if I was not there.  They reassured me that they knew that.

    On June 13, 2014, one installer (Larry) arrived at my home at 9:00am.  He made sure I was home and then started working.  I?m glad I was home since he was working by himself.  He noted that his partner had recently quit.  He completed the installation in approximately two hours. As part of the service all of my gutters were to be cleaned and realigned.  He left me with additional information on how to care for my new Gutter Helmet.

    I few days later I notice that a piece of a plastic Christmas light hook was still in one of my front gutters and a piece of Gutter Helmet flashing was sticking out. On June 23, 2014, I called Harry Helmet regarding the issues.  Dotty stated that they would send someone out to fix the issues and that they would leave a note in my door when it was fixed.  I did not like the idea of them showing up whenever to fix their work, but I agreed.

    On August 8, 2014, they finally corrected the issues.  Mike left a left a door hanger note.

    The Gutter Helmets seem to be functioning properly.

    When I called them to make the appointment; the receptionist asked if "Mr. Member" would be available during the appointment. I was shocked this was asked; her only response was that she is required to ask.

    Phil the salesman arrived on time, he was professional and prompt. I felt very pressured to sign a contract with him while he was in my home. While looking at two companies with very similar products; I decided to go with the other company due to better pricing and better financing. When I contacted Phil to cancel my contract he wanted to know why. I explained that not only were the pricing and financing better but that I knew I would no longer be dealing with Phil the salesman but the rude people at the company who asked for "Mr. Member".

    At 8:30 this morning I got a phone call from Tim confirming my cancellation of the contract. He then began asking why I was cancelling. It was obvious Tim and Phil have not talked. I told him I had already talked to Phil about this; he then asked me again if it was financing, pricing, etc? I told him I was at work and did not have the time to de-discuss why I was cancelling and I suggested he speak with his salesman Phil. He then gave me a very snarky "have a nice day" and hung up.

    I still have not gotten a written cancellation confirmation.

    I emailed Complete Home Services the day after I purchased the deal for gutter cleaning. They setup an appointment for approximately two weeks later, on a Thursday. That date came and went but they didn't come out to clean the gutters. Luckily I didn't need to be home for the cleaning so it really had no affect on me other than noticing that the gutters were not clean when I got home that day. The following day Complete Home Services called me and explained that due to bad weather earlier in the week, they could not make it out the day before and offered to come out on Sunday (Easter) if that was ok with me. Again, since I didn't need to be home, that was fine. It so happened that I was home when they showed up, but did not actually go out to meet them. I heard them on the roof walking back and forth using what sounded like a leaf blower to blow everything out of the gutters. I left my house long after they had already gone but was very happy to see my gutters clean and no debris on the roof or around the house. They did a very good job cleaning up. They left the invoice in my mailbox stating the work they completed, that there was no charge since I pre-paid for the deal on Angie's List,  and even wrote "Hoppy Easter" on it! Overall I was very pleased with their work.
