Couldn't someone at least have the courtesy to answer our email? It gets very discouraging. Would I hire again? Can't really answer that question (although I had to in order to submit the review). AKeally Sealcoating and Line StripingJim was very responsive to email, answering all of my multiple questions quickly. He showed up on time for both the estimate and the job, filled all cracks in my asphalt driveway to my satisfaction, and laid down sealer. He gave me multiple options and price differences for each. Whole job took less than 1.5 hours with their crew. Very polite and professional. I was impressed and will hire again. This is how hiring a specialist should go.- Jason K.

FA J Surman ConstructionI bought a deal through Angie's List that this provider was advertising for $199.00 for Driveway Asphalt Seal Coating. He came out and did an inspection of my driveway and advised the deal I purchased would not cover the work I needed done. He emailed me the work I would actually needed done and the final cost. He advised it would be 20% or 295.50 due to start the work and the remainder due at the completion. I sent him the check on 8/4/2016. I advised him from the beginning that I am on a time sensitive schedule and he re-assured me that would not be a problem. He advised he would make my work priority. I bought the deal on July 19th and as of today 8/13/2016 he is still advising he can not come because of the weather. I asked him to just send my money back which he advised that for some reason or another he can not do until Monday. It is now too late to get my work done by another service provider. I have been severely inconvenienced. Had he told me from the beginning that he is too busy to fit my project in I would have just proceeded with another service provider. I had told him that I had lived here many years and had not been interested in improving the driveway until the event for the week of August 15 in which there would be relatives coming including children that I was apprehensive that they might get hurt on the rolling loose stones of my slanted driveway. I told him that it was important for the driveway to be completed before that week, otherwise I was not interested in the driveway work. He assured me that it would not take long for he would just do a cheaper quick job than what should be done.- Garland D.

We checked with Better Business Bureau and he has got an A rating with Better Business Bureau. His responsiveness was good. He was there within a couple of hours.
