    The service I got was unbeatable, I���ve used this app before to find movers but this by far has been the most efficent they moved everything in record time and were careful and there was no damage to my property or old one or furniture. If I ever move again E and T is the first call I���m making. Can���t beat this quality of service for the price.

    Two Men and a Truck
    Poorly. We went with Two Men and a Truck based on a referral from a friend who had a good experience. However, the movers we got did not live up to our expectations and damaged both our furniture and our house. In addition, I needed to help them move, which defeated the purpose of paying for movers. And to top it off, they did not pay anything for the damage they caused. The damage occurred while moving a piece of our sectional couch down the stairs. I recommended removing the handrails from the stairs and the feet from the couch. The movers did not do either, so the couch got stuck in our stairwell and damaged both the couch and the stairwell. The exterior fabric on the couch was ripped and all of the wooden feet on the couch were chipped and damaged. The stairwell wall was scratched and scraped. Wooden pieces of trim around the stairwell were broken off from moving the couch. To help the movers (who had no tools with them) I removed the feet from the couch using my own screwdriver. However, they were not interested in trying to remove the handrail from the stairs, so they asked for my help moving the couch to the second story deck. In the process of moving the couch onto the deck I cut my middle and ring finger on our patio door. I had to bandage up my hand before coming back to help them move the couch off of the deck. Then I helped with lowering the couch off of the second story deck onto a tool shed. At this point in time, the movers (who were on the ground to receive the couch) lost control of the couch and it bounced off of a fence, causing a large rip in the fabric underneath the couch. Beyond the cosmetic damage to the couch, we are now finding further damage to the structure, as it creaks and appears broken internally. The couch cost over $2000 and was purchased last year. Needless to say, this is not the moving experience we expected. We attempted to work with the company to receive compensation for the damages, but they denied our claim. The claim was denied because the full extent of the damage was discovered after we had signed the forms and the movers had left. So, if you do use the company, DON���T PAY THEM and DON���T SIGN ANY FORMS until you have had time to fully evaluate the extent of the damage. It���s unfortunate that you have to hold them hostage to receive fair treatment, but this is how they treat their customers. Mover beware.

    Superior Moving & Storage, Inc.
    While the quality of the services performed themselves was excellent and the individual movers (George and his crew) were courteous, accommodating and very helpful, I had issues with management. The move was initially scheduled for between 7:00-7:30 AM, this was confirmed via phone call the day before. At approximately 7:45, no one from Superior had arrived so I called them to inquire. I was placed on hold and then told that someone was on their way. At 8:45, I was still waiting so I called Superior again, I was connected to Rob, the owner, who told me that they had an issue with the initial truck they were going to use so they were scrambling to get another truck but he was sending another crew my way. At 9:30, I received a call from Superior saying that they called that crew back to send me their "best long distance crew" since I was moving across state to Pittsburgh and that they were in route about a half hour away. At 10:30, I called Superior again to ask for an update and was told that the crew was "about 15 minutes away." The crew showed up around 11:00 AM. George and his 2 associates were very apologetic and cordial and worked quickly to load up the truck and get on their way across the state. I had initially scheduled the move early because I had to drive to my new residence to sign the lease and acquire keys and I wanted to begin the moving process early. Because of these delays, I was unable to arrive in my new home until closer to 4 PM with George arriving shortly behind me by 5 PM. Before the crew arrived, I was told to call the main office to settle the bill since the office closed at 5 and there would be no one to run my credit card. This was after I was initially told that payment would not be required until after all of my inventory was here and moved into my new place. I attempted to negotiate a lower rate because of the crew's lateness but I was only able to get the 4% credit card processing fee waived. I asked for an e-mail receipt when this transaction was completed but did not receive one. When George and his crew arrived, they again were very quick, cordial, and very professional in taking care of everything I needed. Overall, I have ZERO complaints with George and his crew and the job they did packing and moving my things. However, I was very disappointed with the lack of communication from Superior regarding their lateness and issues they were having getting a crew to me. Aside from one phone call at 9:30, I had to call them to get any update at all as to why they were late. It just seemed to me like there was no effort to keep me updated and no one ever forwarded me personal contact information to keep in touch with my crew or the supervisor(s) directly. Poor customer service and accommodation by management but I could not have asked for a better crew to move me and take good care of my materials. Had they been on time or taken the extra effort to call me and update me on issues they were having and compensate me for my lost time, an A rating would be a no-brainer.

    I chose Eversafe because of the time Angelo spent with me on the initial call. He questioned me as I went room to room in my house. We discussed each item in the room and he helped me estimate boxes. I had confidence from that call that Eversafe cared about giving me good service. The move went so smoothly and seamlessly. There were plenty of men to carry and load. I was grateful for how respectful the movers were of all of my boxes, furniture and pictures. The movers were generous in their use of padding. Nothing was damaged and the move was finished in less than 4 hours. So I saved money from the 6 hour estimate.

    Quote was provided quickly. and efficiently. 2 young movers arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently to get the work done in a short amount of time. Price was very reasonable. Movers were very pleasant and helpful. Our only concern was that none of the furniture was wrapped for protection like all of our prior moves; however the furniture arrived without damage. We would definitely recommend them again, although we would request that the most expensive pieces of furniture be wrapped for protection.

Very careful with handling items and getting them through some tricky corners and hallways.     We were told that our preferred moving date was available. Mr Ben Kane was to arrive at our home at 4:30 to provide a quote, after waiting for 30 mins. My husband called and was informed that our date is no longer available and he will be unable to make our scheduled meeting. Ben never bothered to call us. I scheduled to work from home today to be home and available for this appointment. This is horrible service and a terrible courtesy.
